   Personale molto disponibile e cortese,camere e struttura in ordine,perfetta pulizia e privacy...colazione abbondante e all'orario da noi richiesto; ho usufruito anche di un servizio navetta da e per l'aereoporto messo a disposizione negli orari a me più congeniali. è stato un breve soggiorno ma senza dubbio lo consiglirei e se mi dovese ricapitare prenoterei nuovamente al terrazzo.

   The apartment was beautiful. It was well kept and inviting. The main bedroom was spacious and the other room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a shower with multiple heads. There was even a small washing machine and heated towel rack. The kitchen was well furnished and the little sitting area was cozy and comfortable. It had a TV, DVD player, computer and wifi. The location was very quiet. The owner was friendly, accomodating and helpful.

   There wasn't anything that didn't satisfy us. The only thing about the location that was distracting was you could hear the planes flying overhead early in the morning. It didn't bother me, but it bothered my husband a little as he is more sensitive to noise than I am.

   Our host was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to help us in any way. I liked that it was actually a mini apartment all to ourselves and the terrace was great. We only stayed one night so it was a shame to not really have time to take advantage of all these facilities. It definitely surpassed our expectations!

   The village it was situated in was not the most exciting but we had chosen it for proximity to the airport - which was very good. Also, I believe it is not very far to some very interesting places, we just didn't have the time.

   An excellent place to stay if there is an overnight wait for a flight or to use as a base to explore the area around Milano. Our host and hostess were extremely helpful. They have a large vehicle to accommodate 4+ adults and all of their luggage to and from the airport I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enquires.

   The hosts Antonella and Mario were fantastic, you could not have asked for nicer, friendlier or more helpful people. I would definitely recommend anyone travelling to Milan to stay at their bed and breakfast, it was beautifully presented and very clean, we were provided with all the home comforts including milk for our baby on our arraival at 12:00midnight. Breakfast was lovely and the terrace on which we could enjoy it had a fabulous view of trees and greenery. The shower in the bed and breakfast is also a great experience in that they have jets that massage your entire body which is truly relaxing. We had a hiccup with Alitalia airline who lost our luggage and if it was not for Mario and Antonella's assistance our distressing difficult time would have been so much worse. There help was greatly appreciated in helping solve what was potentially a very difficult situation, by providing transport to Linate airport and back while ensuring we did not miss our connecting flight back to Australia. Regrettably we did not receive any suitable level of customer service from Alitalia and they would benefit from taking some tips from Mario and Antonella. Once again we highly recommend Ill Terrazzo to anyone travelling to Milan and we hope to go there again one day in the future. Thanks

   The cleanliness, all the appliances inside and outside, the big and nice balcony, the nice and comfortable furniture, the aircondition, the willingness of the owners, the free internet.

   The noise from the airport, no English chanels in the TV.

   An excellent place especially as Mario, the owner took us to the airport and collected us so that we could catch the shuttle to the Milan Fair. Would recommend it without reservation.
