   Un buon BB che garantisce quanto publbicato. Ottima la posizione, praticamente sulla bozza metropolitana dell'ottaviano. Buona la pulizia nel contesto, con una proprietaria discreta e silente. Funzionali i servizi di climatizzazione. Disponibile un servizio di colazione H24 fai da te completo di caffe, the, infusi vari, ecc.. Lo consiglio a tutti.

   Durante la notte si avverte rumore dall'esterno proveniente da impianti tecnologici.

   Irene was extremely friendly and helpful. She made our stay like being at home. Everything was really clean, and the fact that the bathroom is not within the room as not an issue at all. This is a place we will recommend to any friend traveling to Rome.

   The fact that only cash was accepted as a valid payment method. Being understandable that for such a small place credit card payment may be too much to ask, the possibility to pay through bank transfer would be helpful.

   The host Irene is very nice and helpfull, very kind her support was perfect!!!

   The bed in the small room is not very confortable, and should be change, but the other aspects of the B & B are perfect.

   location was convenient to metro & Vatican, Irene went out of her way to welcome us, loved the decor of the rooms

   breakfast (croissant, coffee/tea, and juice) was good, but not enough by American standards

   The location was really useful in order to reach other Rome's corner. In addition it was really close to Vaticano. The welcome is really warm and the room is equipped with everything you might need.

   The rooms are really small and I think that during summer they could be too hot even if there is the air condioniting.

   Ho soggiornato presso Irene per 2 notti. La camera é pulita e confortevole. Le stanze sono senz'altro originali nell'arredamento, molto silenziose e la Sig. Irene molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione del BB é ottima, vicinissimo a S.pietro.

   Il B&B ha un tocco personale e femminile molto piacevole. Il profumo che ti accoglie è avvolgente e i piccoli particolari dell'arredamento che richiamano Roma sono gradevolissimi (tazze di "Vacanze Romane").

   Metterei qualcosa in più nella colazione. Pane, fette biscottate, nutella, cereali...

   The location and price for the bed and breakfast were perfect. We were within a 5 minute walk to the Vatican and short walk to the Spanish steps. The metro is located across the street for easy access. The owner is very accommodating and is available for questions if you have any.

   Die Besitzerin Irene ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und vermittelt dem Kunden das Gefühl, wirklich zuhause bei ihr zu Gast zu sein. Frühstück gibt es ans Bett, spezielle Frühstücksvorlieben werden gerne erfüllt. Und man erhält Tips für die Stadt. Irene spricht englisch, was für Italiener nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

   Das Appartment befindet sich an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, ist dafür aber zentral am Vatikan und nur 100m entferrnt von der U-Bahn gelegen.

   Accoglienza ad personam, pronta disponibilità ad esaudire ogni tipo di richiesta (dalla colazione alle informazioni utilissime per chi desidera vivere Roma in tutti i suoi aspetti), cura dei particolari (biancheria casa ed arredo proposti in chiave davvero unica!) e soprattutto attenzione per chi da Irene è davvero un ospite ben gradito. Ospite che comunque gode di privacy e di indipendenza.. tanto cari a chi opta per il "B&B".
