   La disponibilità e la cortesia della padrona di casa, la posizione ottimale per gli spostamenti (a 5 minuti dal porto e stazione dei pullmann) e in pieno centro.

   Forse i 3 piani a piedi.. ma si tratta di un palazzo antico, per cui è normale che fosse così.

   A place different from a typical b&b. As it`s a room in a private flat you feel as you are a family`s guest, not a hotel guest. The landlady is an original, friendly person and does her best to make your stay comfortable.

   Well, the room`s both windows overlook the staircase which is ok for earlybirds but for long-sleepers can be annoying as people talk, walk, shut and open the doors from very early morning.

   the bedroom and bathroom are confortabel. Anna is helpfull and modest. The B&B is very good situated.

   Me ha satisfecho todo. Tranquilidad, una ubicación perfecta (en pleno cento de Cagliari) i como no el trato excelente de Ana. El desayuno correcto para empezar el dia con fuerza.

   del mio soggiorno non posso che essere soddisfato al 100%. sono stato trattato benissimo dalla signora anna quindi io lo consiglio a tutti primo per la gentilezza della proprietaria secondo per come si è indipendeti nella struttura e terzo per la posizione che a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione di pulman treni e navi.io ve lo consiglio ok arrivederci signora anna da bitti diego e antonio

   We had a very pleasant 2 day stay at Kalarisuera and found everything to our satisfaction. It is well situated for visiting the town and close to the Botanical Gardens which are well worth a visit. The owner who lives in the flat is very friendly and helpful. We would certainly return there to stay if we visit Cagliari in the future.
