   buena ubicacion, habitacion muy comoda, la persona que nos recibio muy amable. desayuno petit pero rico. esta a una calle del metro

   acceso al b&b algo complicado por estar en subida. no hay contacto con ninguna persona de servicio, salvo en el momento que te entregan las llaves de tu habitacion. no hay room service. el desayuno se sirve fuera del establecimiento, a una calle de distancia

   Das BnB ist sehr klein mit wenigen Zimmern in einer Etage. Dies erlaubt dem Gast Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Wir wurden nie von dem Putzpersonal gestört und konnten kommen und gehen wie es uns gepasst hat. Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem und da unser Zimmer von der Straße weg lag haben wir kaum was von dem sonst sehr lauten Stadtverkehr mit bekommen. Das Frühstück gab es nach vorzeigen eines Gutscheins in einem Nahe liegenden Café. Auch hier sehr nettes Personal.

   Il palazzo è vecchio e trascurato, l'ingresso è molto fatiscente, l'acqua calda in alcuni momenti manca, non è indicato da nessuna parte che manca anche l'scensore!

   We were very satisfied with our stay in B&B L'Arco del Colosseo. Convenient location, comfortable room, everithing in new. We could evem make ourselves a cup of tea or coffe(it was all for free near the room). Friendly and helpful owner and staff!

   Thin walls, so we could hear what is going on in our neighbour's room.

   L'appartamento è molto carino, silenzioso e ben ubicato.

   l'unica cosa che non ho gradito è di non trovare il bidet nel bagno...siamo italiani e l'igiene quotidiana è fondamentale.

   Wouldn't stay here or recommend this place. The bedding was old and dingy. The bathroom left a smell that came through to the rest of the apartment. There was no counter space or place to hang or lay things. Was in Europe for over 2 weeks and stayed at 3 other compairable priced places and this didn't even measure up to any of the others.Wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

   Room was a good size and tidy and the location was great. The host spoke english and was freindly and helpful.

   The air conditioning was a portable all in one unit which are noisy and not usually very effective, certainly in this case. The breakfast was not served in the room but was provided via a voucher to a nearby cafe, which wasn't great.

   The room was clean and well kept. The double bed was comfortable. Location was great, just 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Breakfast at nearby café was basic (coffee and croissant) but fine. Although we could hear noise from the street it was not noisy at night.

   We booked a room for 3 people and the bed for the third person was a camp bed which wasn't very comfortable and a bit small.
   Upon arrival, there was no sign of the B&B at the address indicated. Entrance is easiest via Via Sforza, down the street, then right and right again from the Via Giovanni Lanza.

   We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of the bed and breakfast. The location was also great, we walked to all the sites except the Vatican, but the metro stop is very close by.

   The building is initially very hard to find. We got lucky and ended up bumping into someone coming out of the building or we have no idea how we would have buzzed up as it is not marked at all. They really need to change this. If we had not seen someone coming out and asked, I may be giving them a much worse review.

   I really liked this hotel. Very close to the colosseum and all the major historical sites. The staff are very nice but once we were settled in they left and we never saw them again. The room is very clean and overall it was a good place to stay.

   Never seeing the staff. It's actually a good 15 minutes' walk from the colosseum.
