La Casa Di Zia Maria Bed & Breakfast is located in the city of Monserrato, close to Cagliari in an old building built in 1860 recently well-restored with 3 floors, one of which reserved to our guests.

The big apartment is provided with 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and a large living room.

The bedrooms are all double, provided with tv and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed in one of them: one double bedroom has private bathroom; whereas the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.

Bed & Breakfast La Casa Di Zia Maria is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there's a Wi-Fi internet connection totally free.

Breakfast is chosen by our guests always accompanied by the typical Sardinian sweets!

The living room is a common area where there is a wide range of magazine and leaflets on the city of Cagliari, on Sardinia and on the main cultural events.
