   Place is really nice, room was clean and location was good to explore city and take a car around Toscany, that's because public parking are near, b&b is in limited traffic zone. Host is very friendly and helpful ie. she recommended us good restaurants.

   Our room was with balcony on the street side, a little garden below and big tree in front. Tree is nice and view is ok, but this small street is making la ot of noise in morning, specially by garbage trucks and very noisy Italian scooters. This cannot be change but I would recommend to take a different room. Breakfasts are nearly same every day and of course sweet, but for short stay it's fine. Also plastic curtains in the showers should be replaced, it's not nowadays solution, makes everything wet and it's not pleasant, but beside that bathroom was very nice. Anyways B&B is fine and has a good price/quality relation.

   La grandezza e luminosità della camera e la pulizia eccellente: la mia bimba di due anni si è addirittura infilata sotto il letto e ne è uscita 'linda'!

   ...non ho constatato aspetti negativi...

   Fantastic private and secluded location and Luciana was a wonderful hostess. Very accommodating and helpful.

   Would have loved tea and coffee making facilities in the room as nowhere to heat water after a day's trek round the city. This seems to be the case in a number of b and bs in Italy.

   La proprietaria è cordialissima e la soluzione offerta è molto carina e piacevole. Anche l'idea della colazione in camera è molto confortevole e riposante. Il nome scelto è veramente suggestivo! Praticamente svoltato l'angolo ci si trova in centro storico.

   La posizione è un pò complicata per quanto riguarda il parcheggio (super congestionato... per trovare un posto auto bisogna girare a lungo e accontentrasi di soluzioni non proprio vicinissime). Inoltre il b&b ricade in ztl.

   Todo estaba muy limpio y Luciana es una persona muy agradable y atenta. El B&B está céntrico y muy próximo a las paradas de autobuses. También hay cerca una calle donde se puede aparcar el coche gratis.

   mi ha soddisfatto la pulizia delle camere e la gentilezza della padrona della struttura.

   l'unico aspetto negativo è che la struttura si trova in una zona a traffico limitato quindi ci sono stati dei problemi per il parcheggio della macchina, che poi si sono risolti grazie alla disponibilità della padrona.
