   You are immediately welcomed into a beautiful patio surrounded by flowers and the evenings and mornings are spent on their breathtaking deck enjoying incredible vistas.

   The bed was beginning to sag but I found I could still sleep comfortably.

   Beatiful location, very nice and friendly owners. Rooms are very clean, good breakfast. Easy bus transfer to Florence. Easy to do the Chianti Route!

   We were completly satisfied. Everywething was perfect. The hore are kinds and helpful. One of the Bed & Breakfast we liked the most during our trip to Italy. A place unforgettable! Spectacular view. The room was sparkling. The B & B was quiet and was very well located, close to Firenze, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimigniano and Chianti. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. We kept a sweet memory of this so special place and of Simone and Mateo, the hosts.

   la posizione , tranquillissima e allo stesso tempo vicino a Firenze. La piscina al tramonto, tranquilla e ventilata. La colazione, ottima e la cortesia dello staff

   Servirebbe indicare che la strada di collegamento e' dissestata e ripida.

   brilliant location, few km from Florence by car - after day spent in the busy town the comeback to countryside with beautiful swimming-pool is really relaxing. Nicely kept garden, very clean and romantic.

   the road to the b&b is in quite bad condition, as you go through the vineyard and at about 1km from there is the motor way, which is visible down the hill from the terrace. It is not very noisy, but is there.

   Beautiful surroundings in quaint Tuscan countryside with a few great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was amazing and proximity for day trips was great. Only 20 min from Florence. Would go again in a heartbeat!

   Only slight drawback was that host doesn't speak fluent English so communication can sometimes be challenging.

Ïðèâåòëèâûå õîçÿåâà- îòåö è ñûí- ó÷àñòëèâî ðåàãèðîâàëè íà íàøè ïðîñüáû, íåñìîòðÿ íà ÿçûêîâîé áàðüåð.Ñêðîìíûå êîìíàòû óáèðàëèñü î÷åíü õîðîøî. Çàìå÷àòåëüíîå ìåñòîðàñïîëîæåíèå âèëëû- ðÿäîì Ôëîðåíöèÿ è ìàëåíüêèå òîñêàíñêèå ãîðîäêè.

   Ñêðîìíûé çàâòðàê óêðàñèëî áû íàëè÷èå íåáîëüøîãî êîëè÷åñòâà ñâåæèõ îâîùåé. ïîìèäîð÷èê è îãóð÷èê ÷óäåñíî äîïîëíÿò îìëåò. Äà, âèëëà ðàñïîëîæåíà äàëüøå, ÷åì îáúÿâëåííûå 7 êì. Áåç ìàøèíû ïðîæèâàíèå òàì çàòðóäíèòåëüíî.

   Struttura veramente molto carina e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

   La pulizia del bagno non era eccezionale, scarico del water non bene funzionante e quello della doccia completamente non funzionante.

   la strada di accesso alla struttura va bene sterrata, ma in alcuni punti e`troppo sconnessa e avrebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione
