   Allthough we did not have a common language the host and hostess were extremely friendly and welcoming. The house is located within walking distance of the town so we did not need to use the car to go to a restaurant.

   The property was described as "recently refurbished". We thought that in places (particularly outside) it was quite dilapidated. The accommodation was in the lower level of the house and smelt a bit musty (almost seemed damp). We opened all the doors and windows to try to air it out. There were quite a lot of cobwebs.

   The apartment - as we in fact were offered an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen - is beautifully decorated and our hosts have indeed been super welcoming and nice.

   The apartment is under the main house seen on the photo, i.e. partly basement. When we arrived, it hadn't been aired and there was a strong smell of mould that persisted through our stay. All our clothes smellt musty for days.
   It was very cold outside, they hadn't bothered to switch on the heating. When we asked, they did but swithed it off after a few hours leaving us having to sleep with our jackets on.
   Breakfast was OK, but there was no fresh bread, and just jam and butter with coffee.
   I also think they should add to the description that there is a dog in the garden, we have a little boy who was very afraid whenever the dog tried to play by jumping on him.

B&B La Miseria is recently refurbished twentieth century country house that stands in the midst of the countryside in a panoramic position in the very of Monferrato. Its two rooms are furnished with fine rustic Piemonte's style, and fitted with all comforts.

- A double rooms is furnished with a double bed, tv and a bathroom with a shower
- A single room is composed of a single bed a tv and bathroom with shower.

A buffet breakfast, made with traditional products, is served in a spacious dining room with two comfortable sofas and a beautiful view over a vineyard and the Ovada and can be eaten of the roof garden.

On demand it is possible to use the kitchen and its fridge.

The B&B also has a private well-equipped garden where to relax.

The warm welcoming personality of its owner makes it the ideal place for families and groups of people that want to enjoy a healthy relax.
