   We stayed at Bed and Breakfast La Residenza A Roma for 5 nights and we enjoyed very much. The room is nice, and all the space is very functional. The owner kindly gave us a lot of goods hints on Rome. The location was a good surprise. It’s really near the center and has several buses that within two bus stops get you to the main attractions of Rome. We had just used buses in the morning to go to the places we wanted to visit and always returned by feet. It is a beautiful and short walk to Trastevere or the Campo dei Fiori on a sunny day. Another very good experience at the location was the great offer of typical restaurants. We had always dinner in the neighborhood and had great meals.

   3 different, very unique rooms/appartements in a beautiful design (carefully chosen accessoires, lamps, paintings etc) with nice bathrooms and kitchen (in case of the appartement). The owner of La Residenza was very kind and helpful- made it a very personal stay with restaurant and city recommendations etc. It was easy to contact him - he always helped very quickly.

   We were absolutely satisfied with our accommodation!

   tutto perfetamente perfeto.siamo stati molto bene.posizione ideale x raggiungere il centro di roma anke a piedi..l apartamento molto curato e accogliente.il propietario molto gentile e disponibile.grazie maurizio x avere contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale..ritorneremo presto....lo consigliamo a tutti.

   Maurizio is a great host: he gave us plenty of valuable information and was always open to answer our questions! The rooms are cute and very clean. the location is perfect: not too far from the centre with good connection to public transport. some nice clubs not far away and best: no tourists around! really authentic area with delicious restaurants and markets!

   breakfast is not that special...

   Questo B&B aveva una sola recensione  brutta ( esageratamente brutta )  e   decine di   recensioni tutte molto positive. Mi sono fidato  di quelle belle e sono andato. Sono veramente molto contento e mi fa piacere scriverlo per fare un piacere al proprietario ma anche a futuri ospiti . Il B&B è molto elegante e silenzioso, la stanza era superiore alle mie migliori aspettative e il proprietario gentile ci ha dato per più  di mezzora dei consigli su cosa vedere e come muoverci che ci hanno reso semplice e interessante la visita della città. Al prezzo che abbiamo pagato saremmo potuti andare in una cameraccia qualsiasi e invece siamo stati fortunati trovare questo B&B.

   We liked a lot this place and we are happy to write it here. The room was very elegant and clean, like a good hotel, and the owner was very helpful because he has spent half an hour with us to show us on a map the best touristic places to visit ,the nicest walks, the restaurants ( for romans ) where to go and also some places, not famous but very beautiful ,like San Clemente church: go to visit! Ok , we liked this B&B.

   Siamo stati molto contenti di avere trovato questo B&B. Non ce lo aspettavamo così bello per questo prezzo.La camera era arredata con molto gusto e con mobili antichi e particolari e il wifi funzionava bene.La colazione era nella norma,niente di eccezionale ma più che sufficiente . Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la zona,piena di risoranti tipici e bar e la vicinanza con tutto. Infatti abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi.

   Appena arrivato a Roma la mia stanza non era disponibile e sono stato costretto a dormire una notte
   in una casa a due km dal b&b e poi a svegliarmi presto la mattina per andare al b&b, una volta qui mi sono reso conto che il B&b era peggio della mia precedente tanza, acqua fredda senza la possibilità di docciarti tranquillamente, camera sporchissima e colazione self service .

   Buena localización, con líneas de autobuses cerca. Para gente que va a patear y a la habiración a dormir poco.

   Very convenient and interesting location, you feel like living in Rome, not just being tourist. Short walks or several bus stops to major attractions. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, thought is given to small details which makes your state pleasant. Maurizio, the landlord has given us excellent recommendations of walks and restaurants, helped with transfer to the airport and was really attentive to all our requests and questions.

   Ci ha soddisfatto la comodità nel raggiungere velocemente il centro della città, la cordialità e la disponibilità del signor Maurizio, il gestore, l'aria condizionata, il ricambio della biancheria dopo pochi giorni e la tranquillità del luogo che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.
