   La posizione a un passo da Ortigia ma in una zona tranquilla. La struttura ben restaurata.

   La gestione e' molto "artigianale". La proprietaria ce la mette tutta ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche aiuto.

   Some of the pictures are accurate but some are misleading. The balcony is tiny. When we tried to have a relaxing glass of wine there at the end of the day, you listened to traffic and looked over an empty lot filled with garbage. That being said… the breakfast was good, we were a 10 minute walk to the historic area (although it is not a great neighborhood), and when we got lost coming from the bus station the woman who runs the B&B for her son came to get us.

   B&B molto carino, in posizione comoda per chi ha la macchina. Si trova a metà tra Ortigia e la Neapolis. Nella strada del B&B c'è sempre un posto dove parcheggiare ed è gratuito. La camera è molto accogliente ed il letto comodissimo! La sala della colazione è molto bella e la proprietaria davvero squisita, gentile e non invadente.

   Il bagno non è comodissimo in quanto, anche se privato della nostra camera, situato al piano superiore.
   Non molto pratico l'accesso alla camera, per entrare dall'esterno bisogna aprire un cancello, un cancelletto, un portone e la porta della camera. Con un po' di pratica ci si abitua ad aprire con la giusta chiave :)

   Sorprende cuando entras. Las habitaciones amplias y un gran baño en el interior, con ducha hidromasajer. Cuando subes al salon es grande con una terraza agradable. Tiene una situacion centrica. Pero lo mejor es el desayuno, con todo tipo de dulces y panes, fruta y la nevera abierta para tu disposicion. No tuvimos ningun problema para dejar las maletas y recojerlas despues de almorzar. Son muy profesionales pues llevan 11 años trabajando en B&B.

   la disponibilità e la cortesia, nonché le utili indicazioni per pizzerie e ristoranti,dei gestori del B&B

   toglierei qualche soprammobile in più nelle camere e opterei anche per dei mobili forse meno eleganti, ma più funzionali, visto che lo spazio è un po' ristretto.

   La cosa sicuramente migliore è la cortesia e disponibilità della signora Tersa. Buona la colazione, con la spremuta d'arance fatta al momento. Tutto pulitissimo e ben curato

   La camera al piano terra è un po' buia e angusta e la vasca da bagno (non c'è doccia) manca di una tenda per evitare che si bagni il pavimento.

   sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Chefin, die sehr gut deutsch spricht, fast familiärer Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man auf der Halbinsel, Auto kann man auf der Strasse vor dem Haus problemlos parken. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

   Wer einigermaßen gut laufen kann, ist in Siracusa bei "B&B La Terra Di Archimede" bestens aufgehoben. Die ansprechende Pension liegt günstig für einem Besuch im Parco Archeologico della Neapolis und den benachbarten Museen (Archäologisches und Papyrus-Museum); andererseits kann man auch in die Altstadt auf der Insel Ortigia zu Fuß gehen. Frau Teresa Signorelli spricht fließend Deutsch und ist eine gute Gastgeberin. Sie war auch trotz voller Belegung flexibel genug, unseren Aufenthalt um einen Tag zu verlängern. Das Frühstück ist reichlich; ein Internetanschluss steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Hohes Lob!
