   il cortile aveva il suo incanto

   Non c'era in camera il frigo che era descritto nella presentazione delle camere.
   La chiave del wifi l'abbiamo avuta solo dopo due giorni, richiedendola appositamente.
   C'erano lavori in corso nel cortile e alle 8 cominciavano giá a fare rumore. Un giorno siamo tornati dalla corsa mattutina verso le 10.30 e avevano tolto l'acqua e rimosso il boiler. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti sudati e poi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia in 5 minuti con acqua appena tiepida. Il bagno molto sporco, polvere e peli altrui oltre a bottiglie con avanzi di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Nel complesso abastanza delusa

   The manager was very available.

   The setup of the structure is not good. I stayed in room A, the window of which faces onto the verandah. This meant that I couldn't open up the window for air and light without losing privacy. The office of the manager also faces on to the verandah and often the TV is going. This meant that at night while I was trying to get to sleep I had to contend with TV noise. It's true there's a verandah with flowers but it faces into a courtyard of all the houses which are very close and, as the owners have their cars parked closeby, it felt a little like the verandah was in the middle of a parking lot. I had specifically chosen the B&B for this aspect, as I thought it might be a restful place to read a book, etc. after a long day of sight-seeing but with the TV noise and the setup, that aspect didn't at all live up to my expectations. Also the bathroom is mega tiny, you can't use the bidet properly as it has been positioned so close to the wall that a child wouldn't even be able to fit their leg between.

   Le camere sono molto accoglienti, luminose e grandi. I gestori sono cordiali, disponibili e simpaticissimi! Inoltre mi è molto piaciuto il sistema della colazione: te la portano in camera in un vassoio. Certo non c'è il buffet ma il giusto da mangiare a colazione, davvero un bel posto!

   Struttura individuale, tranquilla e molto curata con un bel giardino nel centro di San Lorenzo, quartiere di studenti con un'atmosfera vivace. Perfetto per visitare l'Universita' La Sapienza o il CNR in via Aldo Moro. C'e' anche un buon collegamento con un autobus per il centro, ca. 20 min. I gestori sono una coppia molto gentile.

   Un po' peccato che la stanza fosse poco luminosa essendo a piano terra e con arredamenti scuri. La colazione e' tipica italiana e meno adatta per ospiti internazionale.

   L'ubicazione della struttura,bello il quartiere che si trova tralaltro vicino la stazione Termini,quindi pratico,ll'ambiente caldo e accogliente,la gentilezza dei proprietari e i colori .

   la gentilezza e la disponibilità della famiglia ospitante, la zona ben servita, il contesto della Verandafiorita molto particolare. La colazione all'italiana buona ed abbondante!

   non ci sono stati aspetti negativi anzi la simpatia e la cordialità della famiglia sono state eccezionali.

   Comincerei dai 2 gestori che sono deliziosi, raramente ho trovato tanta gentilezza. La struttura ha di meraviglioso che è all'interno di un cortile/giardino piuttosto grande quindi ci si trova fuori dal solito caotico traffico di Roma. Adoro poi San lorenzo, quindi la Veranda sarà il mio punto di riferimento per le prossime trasferte romane..

   Siamo stati benissimo , posizione buona , servita bene da mezzi proprio a 2 passi dall'alloggio,sistemazione camere perfettta e colazione abbondante ..insomma sembrava essere a casa ,grazie anche alla cortesia dei proprietari .

   The BB is situated in a quiet area, not in the centre of the city but the bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the BB so the location wasn't really a problem, on the contrary, it was very pleasant to spend the evenings and the nights away from all the noise and the crowd. Graziella and her husband are more than helpful, on our arrival we were given a map with instructions how to move around the city and a set of keys including a key to the main gate, the main door and a key to the room-the place seems to be very safe, plus there are a few supermarkets in the area with prices for 'normal' people. All in all, a very positive experience.
