   Wonderful place to stay. Lovely owners. It is a beautiful house in the heart of Lierna with amazing views to the lake. It has a big terrace on the roof. We strongly recommend it.

   This B & B is very difficult to find. I think the description should make clear that there is a large banner on the house advertising its whereabouts. You have to park on a larger road anyway - you cannot take the car near the house as the roads are so narrow. Otherwise, we were very happy with the accommodation. Patrizia was really friendly and helpful with information about where to eat/swim. Her breakfast was first class - unbelievably varied and generous for the price. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone requiring reasonably priced accommodation - especially for a family.

   Patrizia is very nice. You feel comforting staying in her private house. The room was nice and clean (we had the 2 room, 4 bed apartment). There is a roof top terrace with an amazing view of the lake where you can go and sit whenever you feel like. Lierna is a little village with the B&B in walkable distance to the lake, the beach, restaurants. It's no problem to find free parking spaces for the car where you can park without time limitations.

   ho fleggato sulla descrizione della struttura "corrisponde in parte", poichè la dicitura "bed & breakfast" presuporrebbe che ....appunto il "breakfast"...sia un tutt'uno col "bed"...da quì il nome" bed &breakfast"......e non che per coniugare i due nominativi occorra il pagamento di un supplemento ...appunto per il "breakfast" (peraltro ottimo ed abbondante)......per il resto tutto benissimo...lo consiglio

   house was good just to sleep in

   location of the house, very bad. had a hard time to carry the luggage.
   rooms clean, but the top room was very hot, and the washroom was on a different floor
   washroom wasnt private...it was used by the owner too
   the bedroom in the lower part of the house was just ok. the washroom was outdated, (you had a laundry sink as your washroom sink)
   breakfast was just fair. the house provided bare miminum.

   Good base for seeing Lake Como with boat calling in to Lierna to tour the Lake Very helpful host Very spacious family room

   Proximity of parking or information on where to park.

   Pulizia delle camere

   Non mi piaceva il comfort dei letti sono molto a disagio, le persone non sono preparate turistica che not fare nulla, né possono parcheggiare to see i villaggi surrounding perché la maggior parte dei siti sono in Lake non può fare assolutamente niente ed è noioso.
   Il tema ed i ristoranti tutti chiusi alle 14:00 pm ed è impossibile mangiare in città o in altre città, non consigliamo di andare a questo posto perché non è preparato ad affrontare un turista.
