   Sono stata una notte con la mia famiglia in queste vacanze di Pasqua,camera ampia ,pulita,buona la colazione la signora molto gentile e accogliente,vista sulle colline toscane incantevole.Da consigliare..

   location fine, but no place outside where you could enjoy the view. Family is very kind and helpful.

   The rooms are only basic and modest, quite small and no view at all. The small terrace was not cleaned up, the garden furniture was dirty. Breakfast only with finished products from supermarket. No fresh bread or brioche.
   If furniture and bathroom would be refurbished and upgraded, it could be a very nice place. Although we had booked for four nights, we left the place after the first night.

   The location, in the middle of Tuscany, is very attractive and practical for trips to, among others, Firenze, Sienna and Pisa. The scenery is great. The hosts are very helpful. The niece of the family, Marte/Marty (?), was very talkative - nice if you want to get to know the Tuscan people. The contact with the other guests was pleasant as well. And last but not least, especially Brina (the two-months old dog) made our breakfast always a good experience with lots of fun!

   We really missed the airco. We brought a ventilator ourselves, which helped. Fabrizio could also provide for a ventilator. We did experience though that the evenings and nights in Tuscany tend to cool down quickly.
