   The B&B was as we thought it would be, simple and to the point. The maintenance schedule was better, hotel level organization. The staff is friendly and flexible.

   Although it is truly at walking distance from Termini, Termini is not the best neighborhood to stay at. The city center of Rome is actually smaller as we presumed and the city transport is alright, so knowing this for our long stay I would have selected another location. But if you need to be near Termini, Piumith very good value for money. One suggestion to the staff would be to serve real coffee in the morning; it would make the experience much more authentic.

   Kind attendant. Decent size rooms. Quite at night :o)

   We disliked the courtyard being closed. In the description it was defined as a place to relax and enjoy some peace and quite but in reality there were signs posted everywhere that said congregating or stopping in the courtyard was directly forbidden.
   
   We disliked (significantly) the bedding. The bedding was a pair of twin beds that were pushed together. As a adult couple this made sleeping difficult and the mattresses kept sliding apart, creating a hole in the middle.
   
   The bathroom leaked significantly onto the floor require a towel to always be down which was always wet.

   Agibilita' dell'appartamento a tutti gli orari, con presenza h24 di un referente. Ottima vicinanza alla stazione Termini e ottimo servizio pubblico per tutte le direzioni.

   Colazione da discount; Abbellimenti e decorazioni di poco gusto; Atmosfera cupa e triste; Accoglienza-benvenuto inesistente; Zona malfrequentata;

   We felt well at Piumith. My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in September. The staff is so helpful. The room was clean, the building was quiet, the breakfast was delivered timely each day. I would probably stay there again.

   The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good, the bed was big and comfortable.

   It didn't smell very good in the entrance, the LCD TV was jamming when you turn on the air conditioner or the hair dryer and there were only 3 programs to watch. The sink in the bathroom was very small.

   Perfect location - really 2 minutes from Termini station and in a good vicinity to all attractions. At the same time the yard is gorgeous. It is very quiet at night, clean and green, locked for strangers. The place is attanded by the staff from 7am till the evening. The room is quite clean and new.

   No access to the kitchen and fridge after staff leaves (usually after 7 pm), so no possibility to make tea or anything.

   Nice place and helpful staff - good location (in respect of my personal requirements)

   Availability of internet is on and off. In fact, I came to understand that they were "freeloading" on a neighbour's WiFi system in the same building (apparently with this neighbour's knowledge and consent) and did not really have their own in the premises.
   
   They should be advised to ensure a round the clock internet access.
