   It is a Bed & Breakfast but what you receive as breakfast cannot be called breakfast. I do not consider rusk/Zwieback and prepacked Croissant plus butter/ jam as breakfast.
   
   Ostia inh General is as pretty run down area. We had to work there but for sure would not spend our vacation there at all....

   location is perfect! you can smell and hear the sea!! the room, bath and kitchen are clean! we enjoyed!

   What I liked was Luigi's attitude and relation. The house is very good located. The room and the social background was OK

   I didn't like the place where the breakfeast was offered.
   We had a bad luck, that the other two rooms were occupied by a big family of 8 people who cooked their all day food very late evening or very early morning and didn't keep the kitchen clean. Even, they didn't tidy up properly, when they left. But this is not a point to Rifugio San Francesco.

   Di potere utilizzare la cucine. Ed anche il terrazzino.

   Il cosidetto breakfast e, infatti un biglietto da rimettere al bar contro uno solo caffe e uno solo croissant. Prima non basta, poi il bar e chiuso una volta a settimana.
   Infatti, i prezzi sono eccessivi.

   completly different location than given on the internet, in the area described by the cabdriver and the fellow roommate as not safe

Bed & Breakfast Rifugio San Francesco is located in a quiet area of Ostia, 30 minutes from the centre of Rome or 15 minutes from Fiumicino airport.

The B&B, located on the 1st floor, is completely refurbished and offers accommodation in 2 double bedrooms, (single or triple on request).

The rooms are equipped with TV, hairdryer, ceiling fans, keys to ensure our guests' autonomy,
2 bathrooms, and a balcony.

Bed & Breakfast Rifugio San Francesco offers its guests the breakfast served at the low ground café.
