   Le camere, arredate in maniera raffinata e dotate di ogni comfort (c'è anche il phon), affacciano su un giardino-cortile curatissimo e allestito con diversi gazebo. La colazione (ottima, abbondante e genuina...marmellata di sagrantino!!!) ci è stata servita sotto uno di questi dalla gentilissima S.ra Carla, attenta ad ogni esigenza di noi ospiti. Le sere di giugno sono allietate dal magico spettacolo delle lucciole. C'è il Wi-Fi gratuito, con buona copertura. Dispiace solo andar via...

   lovely lady who runs the place

   I thought I would have my own bathroom but in fact I believe others were using it.It is not an ensuite but separate from the room.

   Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und bedient: Variantenreiches italienisches Frühstück, Mineralwasser im Zimmer, Hilfe bei touristischen Fragen. Die Wirtin ist redefreundlich und man kann sein Italienisch beim Frühstück erproben. Das Zimmer war groß, freundlich und sauber.

   Le camere, per non dire l'appartamento datoci a disposizione dalla Signora Carla era grande, stupendo e confortevole. Ho apprezzato molto gli utilissimi ed azzeccatissimi consigli della Signora Carla, per quanto riguarda gli acquisti dei prodotti tipici della zona, luoghi di interesse e ristorazione! Un caloroso saluto ed ancora tante grazie da Kim, Andrea, Laetitia e Shaula.

   Avec mon mari nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort des chambres et la qualité de la décoration. Philippe, notre hôte, s'est montré d'une grande disponibilté et a su nous donner d'excellents conseils pour visiter la région et découvrir des lieux qui ne sont pas toujours bien signalés dans les guides. Nous recommandons fortement de choisir ce B&B pour son calme, sa propreté, la qualité des petits déjeuners et la grande gentillesse des hôtes.

   Aucun point négatif!

   Das Haus liegt in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und geben Tipps für Untrnehmungen und Restaurants. Zum Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag wechselnde umbrische Spezialitäten, selbst gebackenes Gebäck und Obst und am Nachmittag zum Probieren den Limoncello des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

   the gentleman that looked after us for the two days his wife was away was brilliant and very accommodating upon the wife's return, she stood over us at breakfast whilst we ate which was awkward and uncomfortable

   
   the room we stayed in was not at all clean and had mouse droppings everywhere, all throughout the kitchen cupboards and utensils, quite disgusting, we also had mice "visit" during the night so rodent problems, we will not stay there again
