   soddisfatti del posto personale molto disponibile posizione abbastanza centrale per il raggiungimento dei posti da visitare (era tutto a "portata di scarpa")

   avremmo dovuto soggiornare al Santa Lucia invece abbiamo soggiornato al Helios e inoltre non c'era nessuna vista con terrazza su giardino.

   ottima posizione,ottimo il personale che mi ha seguito

   non ho gradito il fatto che essendo un bed e breakfast non ha la colazione inclusa,e invece dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo

   Luciano has been very helpful to give us map / bus timings etc. He had also called us on my mobile to inform where to get down etc.

   There was an A/C installed in the room. when we asked the staff to switch it on, they replied saying that the a/c was actually a '"heater". So we were to leave the windows open as there is very cool wind. This is mid-july and there is no "cool" wind in July peak of summer. The remote to this "heater" was not present in the room as well.

   Satisfecha con la acomodacion, muy buen lugar y justo precio, lo recomendare !

   es un problema de que no exista una RECEPCION y el unico medio para comunicarse sea por el telefono, si exisen atrasos o algun incoveniente, si uno es extrajero y no posee telfono celular, es realmente complicado y no hay manera de encontrar al encargado en el arribo y cualquier inquietud.

   The price was good and the room was neat and clean and comfortable. It was very accessible to the Shrine of Padre Pio which was the purpose for my visit to San Giovanni Rotondo. The staff were friendly and very helpful and attended to problems quickly and without fuss. They seemed to be honest and trustworthy. They did all they could to make my stay a pleasent one.

   Paying the balance of the price by credit card was more of an issue than I had expected. There was no credit card facility on site. We had to go to an off-site location to access the credit card facility. Bed&Breakfast implies that both are provided at the one site. Breakfast was served accross the street at a pastry shop (not my idea of breakfast). There was no on-site manager. You had to call if there were problems and on the first morning of my stay, there was no hot water in the room. The problem was promptly attended to and fixed that day however as there was no on-site manager, I had a cold show that morning (not great in winter!).

   Spett.le b&b, tengo ha comunicarvi che io non ho soggiornato per tutti tre i giorni prenotati, in quato come gia segnalatovi la struttura interna non corrisponde affatto a quella della foto.
   Quindi essendo troppo piccola non andava bene, e dopo una notte sola di soggiorno sono dovuto andare via.
   Il proprietari ha voluto risarcito da mè una penale pari a € 50.00 che dice dicendomi che è una penale che voi pretendete; non solo questo ma lui contemporaneamente ha affittato la mia stessa camera ad altri nello stesso giorno che io l'ho lasciata, perche davanti a me stesso ha ricevuto delle telefonate in cui diceva che una stanza si era proprio liberata in quel momento.
   Di tutto cio ho in mio possesso delle foto che ho scattato durante la notte in cui si evince della biancheria stesa nella finestra che da sulla mia camera.
   Quindi se tutto cio a voi sembra corretto rispondetemi, e tengo a comunicarvi che ho intenzioni a procedere legalmente, in quanto tutto cioò non mi sembra corretto.
