   Ci siamo trovati bene. Posizione bella con vista sul lago. La sig.ra Giusy molto cordiale. Colazione abbondante. Camera e soggiorno spaziosi. Consigliamo la struttura.

   Schwierige Parkplatzsuche. Abseits von Como gelegen (Anreise von Como ca. 1 h)

   Buona struttura ad un prezzo davvero competitivo (vista la zona piuttosto costosa). Noi abbiamo un bimbo di 6 mesi e ci siamo trovati bene. Ci hanno fornito gratuitamente anche il lettino da campeggio. La cucina / salotto sono molto spaziosi, puliti e di buon livello. Bagno nuovo e pulito. La proprietaria Sig.ra Giusy molto disponibile e simpatica

   Il punto debole di una delle due camere è che il bagno è separato e bisogna passare dalla cucina/salotto (in comune con altro appartamento/locale).
   L’altra camera invece ha bagno confinante con l’ambiante stesso e quindi con molta più riservatezza.

   -Todo era perfecto, la atención, el lugar...es cómodo, tiene garaje, los dueños son amabilísimos, incluso nos preparó una tarta casera para desayunar. Y aunque la gente se queja de que el desayuno es en su mayoría embasado, para mí es una ventaja, porque te da libertad de despertarte cuando quieras. -Everything was perfect, the attention, the place ... it's comfortable, has a garage, the owners are kindest, they even prepared a homemade cake for breakfast. And although people complain that breakfast is the most base percentage for me is an advantage, because it gives you freedom to wake up whenever you want

   The views from the room were amazing, looked right over the lake and mountains. The scenery on the trip from Como to the B&B by boat and bus were also very beautiful. The furnishings were very modern and the bathroom was wonderful. The bedroom was very spacious with lots of cupboard space. It was in a nice quiet area and a bus stop right outside.

   Breakfast was mostly packaged food, fresh croissants would have been nicer.

   ospitalità, cordialiità . Con la mia famiglia (2 adulti una ragazza 15 anni ed una bambina di 9 ) abbiamo trascorso 2 notti ottime sotto ogni aspetto. Camera ampia, internet libero , tv di ultima generazione Inoltre per entrare nel B&B , si ha l'entrata separata dal resto dell'abitazione NB: la camera e la sala colazione risulta essere nuova

   Non ho rilevato alcun diffetto

   Casa ristrutturata con particolare gusto, buona posizione, atmosfera casalinga data dalla presenza di sole due stanza nella struttura, ottimo livello di pulizia.

   La colazione è gestita in autonomia dai clienti ed è pertanto composta da soli prodotti confezionati, con il vantaggio però di estrema libertà negli orari ed un'atmosfera molto casalinga, la nostra stanza aveva un bagno personale ma non in camera.

   We had the double room with a direct view of the lake and ensuite bathroom. They were better than suggested in the photos. Relaxing, quiet and beautiful location, away from the town but not far from Bellagio. There is a bus stop almost in front of the house so it's easy to get the bus from Como or Bellagio. Clean and bright. Nice kitchen and living area. Everything looked new and recently renovated. The owners live upstairs with a separate entrance to the guest areas. You feel like you have the place to yourselves. Would definitely recommend this place!

   The breakfast was all pre-packaged food, no fresh bread or juice (though it was nice to be able to have it whenever u wanted to and make coffee/tea anytime). The owner was extremely nice and but it would help if she spoke a little more English or French.
