   Отличное место! Все понравилось. Выбирая тип гостиницы BB, не стоит расчитывать на 5* сервис. Гостиница маленькая, народу в ней почти нет. Поэтому было ощущение, что мы приехали погостить к хорошим друзьям. Прямо напротив входа, остановка трамвая. До вокзала Термини минут 15 езды. Транспорт ходит очень хорошо, интервал максимум минут 5-8. Удобные кровати и подушки. Чистое белье и новые полотенца. Сам номер достаточно просторный. Есть все необходимое. Отдельное "Спасибо!" хочется сказать хозяину - Никколо. Он стралася сделать наше пребывание как можно более комфортным. По прибытии оказалось, что не работает Wi-fi. Но буквально через пару дней (после Пасхальных праздников) все было исправлено. В холодильнике нам выделили полку, где можно было хранить продукты. Время завтрака было подстроено под нас. Во сколько вставали, во столько и кормили. Очень по-семейному. Напротив гостиницы хороший супермаркет, с ценами, гораздо ниже, чем в центре. А за углом от магазина - Frutteria - лавка со свежими овощами, зеленью и фруктами. Поскольку завтрак в ВВ не радует изобилием, его легко было дополнить продуктами из магазина. В 5 минутах ходьбы от гостиницы, хорошие ресторанчики, цены в которых гораздо ниже, чем вокруг достопримечательностей.

   1) Хоть транспортное сообщение очень хорошее, трамвай всегда был переполнен. Если вы путешествуете с маленьким ребенком, возможно это будет для вас неудобным.
   2) Окна нашего номера выходили на достаточно оживленную улицу. Но мы так уставали от впечатлений от города, что засыпали моментально :)

   The condottieri is in a perfect location - it's a short tram ride from Termini Station. The number 5 and 14 stop right outside the property and come very frequently. The service received was excellent. Although breakfast is limited (pastries) the coffee was great. The place is kept well and very clean so we really enjoyed our stay at condottieri.

   L'appartamento sembra pulito e in ordine. La signora che ci ha accolte è gentile. La posizione non è male perchè è ben collegata con i tram al centro ed è vicino al Pigneto, dove ci sono diversi locali ritrovo di studenti.

   La descrizione è totalmente fuorviante. Il Bed & Breakfast Condottieri non si trova in un immobile signorile, ma in un palazzo dall'aria piuttosto deprimente, soprattutto all'esterno.
   Il quartiere non sembra il massimo...
   Le camere sono modestamente arredate e non hanno affatto vetri insonorizzati.
   
   La prima colazione compresa nel prezzo non è malaccio ma non è abbondante.

   la camera grande con il proprio bagno, la colazione continentale inclusa nel prezzo, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

   i vicini di stanza che fumavano in continuazione rendendo irrespirbile l'aria in tutto l'appartamento, fortunatamente solo per gli ultimi due giorni.

   It was clean but it was expensive for the location!

   It was not well indicated, we wait for the Signora in charge of the B&B 2 hours
   in another building, finally a woman and a man came and spoke to us and explain
   that it was not there, we had to take a tramway and went to another place,
   the woman in charge didn't speak English, French or Italian, she was a Chinese woman
   and if it's your first stay in Rome you don't feel very secure in this place!

   La cercania de su parada que esta frente al edificio, sus locales como abasstos tabaqueras,restoranes y otros, Razon por la cual me llevo un gran recuerdo de su intalacion en mi corta estadia y teniendo en cuenta sus servicios para una proxima estadia en Roma o en cualquier o tro, estado de Italia, muchas gracias por su atencion.

   Por favor pongan un punto para uno poder cancelar con tarjeta de credito, ya que en efectivo es como muy forsado, por las restriccione de divisas que existen en Venezuela con el control cambiero CADIVI.

   We found the Condottieri very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great accommodation in Rome.

   The location was not exactly central, but the trams were regular and about 10 mins to termini.

   Non mi ha soddisfatto per niente il rapporto qualità/prezzo; la struttura, pur essendo ben servita dai mezzi, era meno vicina al centro di quanto la descrizione fatta sul sito lasciava intendere; la colazione era scarsa per varietà. Accettabile, ma non chiedendo 55 euro a notte. Il letto era a due piazze ma con coprimaterasso e lenzuolo da letto singolo, con un solo cuscino (il secondo era nell'armadio).

   Per chi ha la macchina e non può entrare in ztl si parcheggia nella strada. ben collegata con il centro dai mezzi. Era come stare a casa propria poichè siamo potuti rientrare quando ci faceva comodo, e in + la sig.ra ci faceva trovare una ricca colazione internazionale.
