   Our stay at Villa Arianna was everything we had hoped and more, the location was perfect for the beach and ideal for the cable car to Toarmina Centre, the Owner and staff could not do enough for you and the room was not only comfortable, clean but amazing. 10 out of 10 in our opinion.

   sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer absolut OK! Für ein Stadthotel ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht.

   Auf den ersten Blick bei der Ankunft wirkte der Eingangsbereich des Hotels etwas befremdet (kleine Tür neben einem Kiosk) wurden aber oben von unseren Vorstellungen nicht enttäucht!!!!

   The owner was very helpful on our arrival once we eventually found the hidden entrance. Breakfast in our room was a nice touch. The view from the sun terrace was beautiful, overlooking the sea.

   Access via a miniscule lift which was surrounded in fairy lights around the bottom was a very tight squeeze. The room was garish and unwelcoming, with faux bits of stone in the wall to make it look authentic, and LED lights coming out of the floor. The sun terrace had no shade whatsoever, so eating breakfast in the morning was impossible because of the strong sun. The room had a real 70s feel - and we certainly would not stay here a second time.

   The genuine friendliness, the big balcony, the nice room, parking space at no cost nearby

   Balcony needs a sun umbrella. Breakfast should not everyday be completely the same.

   A beautiful B&B decorated in magical Sicilian style with wonderful view over the nearby beach. Obliging owners who were most helpful even with limited command of English.

   Salvo was extremely helpful. This even extended to returning our camera by post when we misplaced it under the bed. A very nice man who cares for his customers. Location is excellent and the room very comfortable with a fine view from the balcony. The decor is distinctive and well represented on the web-site.

   Only downside is the standby lights which have to be covered if they disturb you as they cannot easily be switched off.

   Staff of "the Villa" is very friendly. Always there to help. Well articulate in English. The rooms are quite big and nicely decorated. The terrace and the view are superb. If you are looking for something in the beach area, location can't be better. The Villa" is next to the Funivia. A more comfortable way towards the old city of Taormina isn't possible. And "the Villa" is only some* steps any from the (pebble stone) beach. There even is the possibility to park the car for free in the car park next to the Funivia. * Note: it takes you 80 steps down. Which you have to take anyway, since Taormina is quite hilly.

   Almost nothing.
   Breakfast could be a bit more rich / show a bit more variety, especially when you tend to stay more than a few days. But it is certainly ok. And they are glad to provide you with all you want.
   You have to find the entrance, which is a small door exactly between the two (tourist) shops, next to the Funivia. When standing on the road its to the right, when facing the Funivia.
   Tip: park the car at the Funivia and have a quick search.
   
   Besides this, Villa Arianna is perfecto.

   The Bed and Breakfast staff were very friendly - the owner even gave us a lift to the train station when we left! The accommodation was excellent - very comfortable, with a large private terrace overlooking Marrazo beach. If we ever go back to Taormina we will definitely stay at Villa Arianna again.

   My husband, parents and I stayed at 5 different places during our stay in Italy. We all agreed that Villa Arianna was our favorite. It has everything you need: air conditioning, magnificent ocean view, super clean and spacious rooms, safe and little fridge (no extra cost), parking (no cost) and even a little elevator so you don't have to climb the stairs. Please note there are about 15 steps to get to the elevator - just in case you have someone who is not so mobile. My mother is not very mobile and she handled the stairs fine. The best part was the cable car that was just a few meters from the hotel. It dropped you right in Taormina 's center where there is a charming village full of food and shopping. Well, actually, the best part was Salvo - the owner. He was just delightful and so helpful. My mother had fallen and he quickly got us ice and inquired about her health everyday. He was also very helpful re: places to go, things to do, reservations, directions and even called the airlines for us when my mom lost her wedding ring on it. He was a delight. Oh, and there's also a market downstairs (that his family owns) that had the best fruit and anything you should need as well as good restaurants nearby is you don't want to take the cable car into town. We will definitely recommend Villa Arianna.
