   La Villa Sestini est magnifiquement tenue par Giovanna qui est une personne très avenante et sympathique. Elle déborde d'énergie et saura vous faire passer un excellent séjour. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec du pain, des fruits, yaourts et café ou thé. L'endroit est vraiment à recommander car vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous et la vue sur Florence est à couper le souffle. Allez-y, vous ne le regretterez pas.

   The best thing about this place is the host, Giovanna, who not only handles most of your accommodation, but also serves good breakfast and is willing to drive you to and from Villa Sestini to either the nearest bus stop / taxi stand or the Coop supermarket. She can handle most of your requests and tries to be helpful in every way she can. The next best thing about this place is the location itself. From there, you can relax at Villa Sestini's garden while watching a view of Florence at any time, whether at sunrise, sunset or evening. There is almost absolute peace and quiet, which is perfect for those who want to get away from all the noise and just want to experience the isolation from the rest of the world. You can explore the surrounding areas which are full of typical Italian countryside This is also great for those who want to reflect on certain things about their life as there are minimal distractions here besides the existence of a wifi, which most of us need in some cases of emergency.

   The location itself is far from modern facilities most of us are used to such as supermarkets, convenience stores, malls, etc. You would have to prepare your basic necessities such as food, drinks and toiletries before you try to get to this place. You may find little to do in this place besides walking around and exploring the surrounding areas.
   
   Also, the nearest bus stop is a couple of miles away from this place so it would be very inconvenient for those planning to commute here. Unless you have GPS, you may also have trouble driving to this place. Taxis, with most drivers never getting this far, may have difficulty finding the place, but thankfully, taxis in Italy use modern GPS devices nowadays that direct them to the exact place if you give them the specific address. Also, Giovanna is very willing to pick up and drop off from the nearest bus station / landmark, which should mostly negate any problem of finding Villa Sestini.
   
   One may also find the lack of any TVs, and the very old locks may take some time to get used to. Bathrooms separate from bedrooms may be inconvenient to some people.
   
   Despite all these, if Villa Sestini were to have none of these, it would take away the very purpose of the place, which is to provide peace and relaxation away from the world. Part of the charm of this accommodation is to be away from it all and to give yourself full days of rest with almost nothing else to worry about. This is where you fully recharge after a long tour or a busy schedule with minimal distractions so that you can proceed to do anything else after with full strength and energy to continue on.

Villa Sestini B&B offers an enchanting stay to guest who want to enjoy a holiday dedicated to arts excursions, nature and sports. Immersed in the green of the olive trees it is located on the beautiful hill overlooking Florence.

Villa Sestini welcomes our guests in beautiful rooms with a magnificent view of Florence.

One room is particularly spacious, with twin beds or a queen size bed + a single bed. The other room has a queen size bed. Both the rooms are served by a bathroom and are very comfortable and furnished with lovely antique.

Unforgettable also the Italian style-breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, fruit juice, butter, rolls, Tuscan bred, biscuits and homemade jams and cakes.
On request in Summer the breakfast can be served in the garden.

The Italian style garden of Villa Sestini, you can is the perfect place to relax, drinking a coffee, reading a book in the shadow of the cypresses or simply sun tanning.

Each extra service: the use of the kitchen, the washing machine, taxi service, internet connection, and additional sheets and towels changes will be agreed and charged separately.

The guest can stay in the sitting room with sofas and armchairs for reading, to relaxing or for conversation.

Being a very old house and in Villa Sestini in the Summer the temperatures are very pleasant inside. In winter we have a central heating.
