   Il luogo è affascinante, dagli interni pubblici dal sapore antico, riccamente arredati, all'esterno molto articolato, con vista panoramica e spazi per il relax. Seppur per una sola notte, il soggiorno è stato piacevole. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti da Assisi, tanto che, per i volenterosi, è possibile muoversi a piedi, affrontando la salita fino alla porta della città. Questo può essere molto utile anche in caso di giornate dal turismo di folla, evitando di cercare posteggio per decine di minuti (sempre che non si voglia pagare per posteggiare...). La colazione nella norma. Personale di servizio numeroso e apparentemente simpatico.

   La stanza era minuscola, ricavata nel sottotetto. Il bagno difficilmente agibile: per tale ragione, se il soggiorno fosse durato più giorni, sarebbe stato un problema, anche tenendo che il prezzo non era propriamente "stracciato".

   - kind employees - good location - nice pool

   lies in the discription;
   - claims that there is a shower, is not only a bath with a shower but you cannot hang it somewhere so you can stand under it.
   - claims that there is airco, there is only a small fan. Very dissapointing since I aspected airco and that is (partly) why I booked this room.
   - sink is leaking

The Farmhouse 3esse Country House is a charming facility set in the midst of olive groves, just ten minutes on foot from the Basilica di San Francesco.

Ideal for those seeking silence and tranquility: an oasis of peace yet close to Assisi and central for exploration of Umbria's hill towns.
The Farmhouse 3esse Country House has a private parking lot (free for our guests), pool and panoramic terrace where a buffet breakfast is served.

The rooms have private baths, TV and air-conditioning; some are furnished with period furniture, others have modern decor.

Guests take longer than ten minutes to get to the "centro di Assisi, in the splendid medieval hill town of Assisi.
