   Ferienhaus liegt etwa 20 Autominuten von Siena entfernt in einer traumhaft schönen Lage auf einem Hügel. Saubere Wohnungen, zuvorkommende Besitzer. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Swimmingpool ist geplant und soll zum nächsten Frühjahr fertig werden.

   It is a very good place, beautiful atmosphere and the staff is very helpful and kind person. We were very satisfied with the apartment, so I can offer it for travelers to choose it.

Farmhouse Certine is an old 13th century country house that underwent several major changes from its various owners.

This building was renovated and reorganized for the 1st time during the 50's. The ground floor and the roof were reconstructed in the 80's.

Farmhouse Certine has 4 apartments: La Stalla (the stable), La Parata (the parade), L'Olivo (the olive tree), Il Panorama (the landscape).

- La Stalla (50 sqm) includes a double bedroom with an additional bed for a child if requested, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa and television, a kitchenette with cooker, fridge and oven. Independent air conditioning.

- La Parata: A 30 sqm apartment with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a room that serves as a kitchen and living room with a sofa and a TV. Independent air conditioning.

- L'Olivo: 60 sqm air-conditioned apartment composed of a double bedroom, 1 with a French bed, served with a bathroom with shower, and a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with oven, fridge and cooker.

- Il Panorama: a 160 sqm apartment with 4 double bedrooms with additional bed for a child if requested, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a small dining room, a living room with an open fireplace and a panoramic terrace.

Price includes water, electricity and cooking gas consumptions, bed and bath linen (weekly change). At guests' disposal an uncovered swimming pool made by modern system.
