   appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo! Prima colazione molto abbondante. Un posto nel verde della campagna, da cui si possono visitare sia Matera che parte della Puglia e della Basilicata. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo!

   La tranquillità , la discrezione dei proprietari e nello stesso tempo la loro disponibilità a soddisfare le mie esigenze.

Farmhouse Colle Igino is only a few minutes from the city centre, from the window it is possible to admire the most beautiful Hills Materane: Igino, Timmari and Picciano.

Furthermore, along the road to get there we will cross the Torrente Gravina in the area of the Park of the Rupestrian Churches of Matera.

The apartment is composed of a living room furnished with a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with two electric plates, a refrigerator, an oven, table and chairs, and with access to the terrace.

In the double bedroom provided with TV, there is the possibility to add an extra chair-bed.

The bathroom is complete with shower, and in the anteroom, there is a washbasin and the washing machine.

Bed linen, changed weekly, is provided.

Breakfast at Colle Igino Farmhouse comes with a basket containing jam, toasted bread, butter, coffee, teas, and upon request high-quality milk.

Here you will find unspoiled nature, reception, relaxation, comfort, with heated environments and heated and cooled floor, with adjustable temperature in any environment.

Outside Farmhouse Colle Igino there are wide spaces with a completely fenced free parking space.
