   Very Nice views! Staff picks you up/ drops off on arrival/departure at bus station. Good wine & olive oils.

   Poor breakfast. Far from Florence. Need a car! Extra $ for fresh linens & towels.

   Lovely farmhouse very close to Florence. Owners were very helpful picking us up from the bus stop in Girone. Great restaurant in Girone!

   Das Ambiente dieser Anlage hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nach einem aufregenden Tag im heißen Florenz in dieser schönen Umgebung zu entspannen hat gut getan. Auch ein Bad im Swimmingpool war erfrischend.

   Wir haben zum Frühstück das gute italienische Brot vermisst. Leider gab es nur Aufbackbrötchen.
   Die Anwesenheit der Besitzer wäre dann und wann angenehm gewesen.

   The farmhouse is in a beautiful location in amongst the vineyards and olive trees, and overlooking the valley. It's conveniently close to Florence, and we found it ideal for popping into the city for the day. The buses run frequently from the village at the bottom of the hill, and you can walk down to the bus stop through the vineyard. Our room was perfect, and stayed cool in the heat. There's a lovely swimming pool with stunning views of the hills, and the entire place was so peaceful. What really made our stay, though, was our hostess, Elisabetta. She picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived and dropped us off again at the end of our stay so that we didn't have to drag our bags up the hill, and was incredibly friendly and helpful.

   Absolutely nothing! I can't rate Fattoria Poggiopiano highly enough!

   Absolutely beautiful. Walking through the vineyard, down a country lane in the fresh clear early morning, or spending a quiet evening in our little piece of heaven watching the city lights below. Pretty breakfast room with a lovely view and excellent farm-fresh homemade food served by a lovely lady. Staff were always kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome and well cared-for in every way. Rustic but comfortable and convenient accommodations, (for example, no air conditioning but an excellent fan and lots of pretty shade trees), small but complete and pretty little kitchen -- grocery store, bar, pharmacy, gelateria, and bus stop were fairly close by.

   Wi-Fi was available all day and night with no charge, but not at our location -- had to walk to the Reception area to use it -- quite a trek uphill, although it would have been a very short drive if we'd had an auto, and there was a lovely patio there, where we could sit any time, with a beautiful view (but with a few mosquitoes in the evening, "in season"). If you plan to stay without "una macchina" (an auto), you can get anywhere you like by bus, but be prepared for an uphill hike at the end of the day to get home from the bus stop -- lovely downhill in the morning, a bit tiring after a long day. Nonetheless, we would absolutely recommend the place as an altogether wonderful experience.

   The Fattoria di Poggiopiano is a great place to relax and enjoy the vineyards and olive orchards. The owners are very nice and provide a great breakfast. The rooms are furnished in a traditional style with lots of old world charm. We would definitely return if possible. In addition, the local restaurant, the Malafemmmina, is great.

   Since we did not have a car, the walk to the farmhouse and to the winery to use the internet is a bit of a climb. It helped us to stay healthy!

   Sehr schöne ruhige Örtlichkeit mit schönem Überblick über die Umgebung. Bus in das Centrum von Florenz ist nahe gelegen. Schöne und große Apartements mit Terrasse. Freundliche Chefin, die uns die ersten Schritte erleichterte.

   We had a fantastic stay at Poggio Piano, a very nice room with a fantastic wiew, the outdoor facillities was wery nice and the pool was clean and perfect.

   We asked for an extra bed sheet but we never recived it, apart from that there was nothing to complain about.
