We offer top quality accommodation in the heart of Le Marche,
in central Italy. Farmhouse rental during the summer months,
that sleeps up to 14 people, a panoramic swimming pool with
stunning views of the mountains. We are open all year.

Set in the heart of the Marche region, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the adriatic coast and historic town of Fermo. The 18th Century Casa Colonica is fully restored to a high standard, maintaining many original features and charm.

Nestled in the center of 28 acres of land, Il Melograno offers guests complete privacy, with exclusive use of the 10m x 5m panoramic swimming pool, open from early May till October.

The Agriturismo is located in a picturesque and peaceful setting with fabulous views over rolling hills and the snow-peaked Sibillini mountains. The perfect place to relax and enjoy rural life, overlooking unspoilt scenery and countryside, whilst benefiting from all the comforts..

The Agriturismo has 5 doubles and a spacious fully contained independent apartment for 4-6 people, all restored retaining the original features and character of an 18th century listed farmhouse.

Swimming pool and grounds
In the grounds guests can relax by the secluded and panoramic swimming pool and enjoy a variety of activities whilst taking in the views of hilltop villages and the breathtaking backdrop of the Sibillini mountains, or walk and explore the 28 acres on the farm, respecting the various crops and plants and leaving the area as they found it.

The house is surrounded by a recent forestation project started in 2001, with over 2800 trees of many different species, choosen to attract birds and thus create a peaceful and natural oasis for our guests to winddown and enjoy a relaxing stay.
