   Useful and friendly reception, beautiful yet central location, nicely kept and rich breakfast! We stayed in a house that is capable of housing three families, will come back with our family :) The only point - the check-in is in a different location than the house, so send them an email first.

   that we had to leave .... :)

   Il luogo ha superato le aspettative, le camere erano molto più spaziose di quello che si trova di solito e il luogo nolto bello e tranquillo, davvero molto vicino al centro di Siena.

   L'unico aspetto negativo che mi sento di segnalare è la colazione.

   Fisrst af all, our accommodation didn´t correspond of what we book. We booked a house to spend our honey moon and what we got was an studio with not facilities at all. This studio(room) was not clean at all, the kitchen and the bathroom was dirty, the towels apart of being old, were also dirty. The kitchen didn´t have any equipment, such as : microwave, coffe machine, waterboiler, pan, etc. not even a bottle opener, we could not believe that in Italy, in such a beatiful place, where the wine is very important, did not have a bottle opener¡¡..This is unbelievable¡¡.
   I spoke with the person in charge, about all the missing items and about our booking, but did not pay attention, was very arrogant¡¡
   
   The place where the house is located is beautyful, but the custumer service is very poor, and even more the attitud of the owners.
   
   This is a family buseness, but we didnt see any kindness at all¡¡¡

   It was a lovely apt set in beautiful surroundings. There was an olive grove and almond trees growing nearby . The pool area was very tranquil and very close by with a lovely view of the surrounding hills. We had our own terrace area to relax on, in the evenings. A great place for a holiday, if you are looking for relaxation and tranquility and need to recharge your batteries. Siena is only a bus ride away, just check the local bus stops for times and a taxi is very resonable too.

   They could have stressed more about where we were to pick up the keys for the Apartment ,as there wasn't anyone at L'aia when we arrived. If we had known it was a hotel it would have been easier to look out for. The girl at the reception was very helpfu,l once we found it though.

   1. Good location to travel around Tuscany. 2. Have the private garden and the public garden area is good too. 3. Have internet access. 4. With excellent view when walking around.

   1. Check out time can be slightly later. Now is 10am. It will be better if it is at 11am or noon.
   2. The shower room is relatively small.
   3. Change the towels more frequent as we stayed for a week.

   La posizione era ottima per arrivare a siena.

   Non ho potuto fare colazione in quanto nella sala dove ci doveva essere qualcosa non abbiamo trovato niente.

   It was a lovely place to stay in the countryside. . We then slept for 2 nights in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment which we had no complains over. It was well equiped and had a wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable. The apartments were cute and comfy. The staff were very helpful nad the peace and tranquility amazing. We had a wonderful time playing bocce and swimming in the pool. Don't know where the solarium was though? It is a lovely place to stay.

   We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment (as that was all that was available)and there were 4 in my family. My teenage children slept on the sofa bed that kept falling apart. There was very little kitchen cooking supplies, no cleaning products to even wash dishes and no outdoor table and chairs as indicated on website.The price for the one bedroom was expensive.Don't know where the solarium was though?

   We thought we were going to stay at a real agriturismo and we did not, but the place was nice.

   Sometimes there was a lot of noise from people from the B&B, also in the swimming pool and at night.

   The beautiful location and surroundings. Free Internet, pool and the actual structure of the house. It's proximity to Siena.

   Ran out of hot water because, we were told the hotel was full.

   the apartment was exactly what we were looking for and was set in lovelly grounds

   we didnt have transport and the property wasnt quite as close to Sienna as we were led to beleive.

   La struttura ha una posizione ottimale per visitare la città di Siena, è molto vicina e nonostante ciò pare di essere in campagna, la zona è tranquilla con tanto verde intorno. L'utilizzo della piscina è a completa disposizione del cliente senza vincoli di orari.

   Peccato non ci sia la possibilità di cenare presso la struttura ma ci si debba spostare.
