La Casa Delle Querce farmhouse is an 18th century country house set amidst the verdant hills of the route of the Noble Montepulciano wine, on a hillock between olive groves and vineyards in the sublime simplicity of the Tuscan countryside.
The house in typical red clay brick, was converted in 1990 into the present "La Casa delle Querce" after a careful restoration maintaining all the original architectural features. It consists of 10 apartments for the guests, each with its own independent entrance and individual layout and character.
The house is surrounded by a park with magnificent oak trees and a lawn, where the swimming pool stands, equipped with sun beds, loungers and tables and a dedicated area with two barbecues and an oven invites the guests to improve their culinary skills.
Studio 2- and 3-room apartments are traditionally furnished with rustic Tuscan period furniture and local terracotta tiled floors. Most of them are also embellished by wooden beamed ceilings and traditional brick walls.
The living - room consists of dining and cooking areas and has one or more bed - settee according to the type of apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes crockery and cutlery. Most bathrooms have a shower and some a bath. All apartments have TV and telephone.
The Policiano suite is 90 sq m and is the largest apartment of "La Casa delle Querce". It is composed of a very spacious living dining-room with sofa beds for 4 further people + an ample fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a large two door fridge, gas oven with grill, crockery and cutlery.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms provided with air conditioning, TV and telephone and served by two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.
Outside by the pool there is a private area with table and benches and the panoramic terrace overlooks the valley onto rows of vines and olives trees, with an enchanting view.
