   The house is beautiful and completely restored. It is surrounded by numerous roses and acres of countryside.

   The room is small, there is no place to sit or to put the suitcase. Tje breakfast is meager.

Farmhouse La Rosa Tea is placed at 2,5 Km about from Urbania, the ancient Casteldurante, which is situated on the foothills of the Apennines in the centre of Marche.

The House is placed on the top of a hill which offers a panoramical view of the surrounding mountains Catria & Nerone.

The House is part of a farm of 45 hectars, fields are planted with cereals and forages. There are woods, a vineyard and an orchard too.

The Country House is the result of the careful restoration of a rural house, at the moment the house is divided into 7 delicious bedrooms.

Each room has its private bathroom. All rooms are furnished with tv, heating and kettle for tea and coffee.

Farmhouse La Rosa Tea is composed of a Dining room and Living room, both with a fireplace.

Part of the house is surrounded by a veranda made of wood and bricks where genuine breakfast and typical dishes can be tasted. Breakfast a buffet.

Farmhouse La Rosa Tea is furnished with a swimming pool with whirlpool area and a solarium.
