   Beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good.

   We got back to our room quite late in the evening and it was very cold. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat and no one was available to call. It was off season so our party of 6 were the only guests on the property. It was very dark...not well lit

   Il rapporto umano , apparentemente freddo e distaccato alla prima impressione , si trasforma in molto cordiale e affabile offrendo un qualcosa di più molto apprezzabile .

   Purtroppo dispiace non avere potuto godere della cucina .. sarebbe stato una cosa fantastica – cmq intorno ci sono moltissimi restauranti buoni – raccomando il Buon Gustaio ottimo prezzo/qualità nonche molto vicino alla struttura

La Selva is an agricultural firm of 10 hectares with receptive structure of 24 places bed. There is the possibility to stay in the autonomous apartments (furnished of the whole necessary) or in single, matrimonial and triple rooms (all with bathrooms).

You can chose among the overnight stay only, B&B, the 1/2 pension stay or to reside in autonomous apartments all furnished with all needed comforts. This is the ideal place for families with children or small parties.

The restaurant offers products of the farm with local family kitchen. This is the ideal place for families with children or small groups.

In the country but easy to reach, La Selva is a point of reference that enable you to visit the most beautiful art cities in this area (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Foligno, Spoleto).

The structure also offers a swimming.
