Farmhouse - Palazzi Rufini

Palazzi Rufini is a small hamlet round a 1200's tower in the green Umbria at 15 minutes far from the centre of Perugia. There are five apartments, spacious and independent, furnished with rustic, antique and family's furniture .

"Vecchio Mulino" (6+2 pax) is the most elegant and pleasant apartment onto two levels: on the first floor a large living room, a double bedroom with a single bed, a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a closet; on the second floor there is a great loft that leans out on the living room, with a sofa bed. From the loft you access the bedroom with double bed + single bed and a private bathroom.

"Antica Rimessa" (4 pax) is the smallest apartment of the farmhouse, ideal for a family with two children or for two couples of friends. There are two large bedrooms (a double bed and a twin beds. Each of them has its private bathroom. The area is divided by an "open space" kitchen, living/dining room with a fireplace.

"Del Fattore" (4+2 pax) is pleasant, warm, comfortable, developped onto two levels, is extremely pleasant. The entrance is from an external staircase and from an independent entry. It's composed by a living/dining room with sofa bed and fire place, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, two private bathrooms with shower.

"Delle Donne" (5+1pax) is on the second floor of the building, it faces out to the north. A living room with a "open space" kitchen; two large double bedrooms one of which has also a single bed. In the living room, there is a single sofa for one person.

"Delle Guardie" (4+2pax) is situated on the second floor facing southward. It is composed of a large living room with fireplace, a small kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (third bed possible), a private bathroom with shower. There is no elevator, to arrive to the apartment you must go up some steeply stairs, but they are not tiring.

At guest's disposal there is an international book library containing French, German, Swedish and English books, a 15 x 8sqm swimming pool, badminton, croquet, archery, mountain and road bicycles, mini football and ping pong, are available for our guests.

It's possible to rent all the property for a maximum of 30 people, for a special week end's family reunion or for a specific period during the year.

Palazzi Rufini is not just a country farmhouse for sporty people but for those who prefer to cultivate the mind.
