Farmhouse Podernuovo is a restored farmhouse situated high in the Tuscan hills, in an unmatched beauty that you can only find in Tuscany.

The structure can accommodate 12 guests with an additional 2 sleeping beds in sofa beds.

Farmhouse Podernuovo, composed of 2 buildings, offers comfort and convenience in rooms that reflect the unique Tuscan style.

On the 1st floor, the home features a large sunny living room with a Tuscan-style open-hearth fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Here, guests can entertain or relax after strolling nearby Tuscan villages whose history dates back centuries.

On the 2nd floor, the master bedroom suite boasts a large bedroom with a private bathroom and shower. Another large bedroom and bathroom are situated across the hall.

At the end of the corridor there are 2 additional bedrooms, each with 2 beds and bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests.

Farmhouse Podernuovo has been thoughtfully designed with consideration for those with limited mobility.

This home consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also has a private entry from the outside.

The grounds surrounding Farmhouse Podernuovo were prepared with an eye toward keeping the ecology and natural beauty of the area in mind.

Natural materials have been used wherever possible in the patio and pool area where guests can take a refreshing swim in the gently rolling terrain.
