   The owner was wonderful. She was always willing to help us with travel plans. She even took us on a tour of the area.

   I wish it was further from the road. It was not as quiet as I thought. I did not know that someone would be living above us. We could hear loud footsteps above us.

   Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem wegen der Ruhe, des schönen Gartens und der Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen.

   La gradevolezza del posto, la vicinanza alla città, la cortesia dei gestori, la piacdvolezza dgli arredamenti.

   My husband and I felt that the hosts were very charming and helpful to us during our stay. Nothing was too much for them. The farmhouse was immaculate in its presentation and you wanted for nothing. All linen and towels were supplied together with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent with scenery of the Tuscany hills. It is about a 5 minute walk to catch a bus taking you directly into the town centre of Sienna. There is also a beautiful deli opposite the bus stop where you can pick up supplies for any meals that you may wish to make. It is too far a walk to go into the town centre on foot but the public transport system is wonderful. You can catch a bus to Florence and Pisa from the town centre. All in all, Farmhouse Prodaia is an excellent place to stay if visiting Sienna.

   Prodaia was situated in a very picturesque setting and ideally located not far from Siena and many other hill top towns if you have a car. There is also a bus service which takes you in to the City of Siena where you can link to other towns and cities like Firenze and other places. The hosts, Giancarlo and Elena are very hospitable, friendly people and made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend Prodaia as a place to stay and experience Tuscany. Nina and Frank

Farmhouse Prodaia is located on the top of a hill, at only 3 Km from the historic centre of Siena.

It is the ideal place both for visiting the wonderful town of the 'Palio' and for enjoying the quiet of the surrounding countryside.

Located at the heart of the region, Prodaia is also the perfect starting point for reaching the many artistic, historical and natural treasures for which Tuscany is known.

At Farmhouse Prodaia we will welcome you in our comfortable and carefully furnished apartments (2 or 4 pax), which are self-sufficient and independent from the manor house.

Farmhouse Prodaia offers furnished and decorated with care, our apartments are both self-sufficient and independent.

The apartments Lo Spigo and La Malva (ground floor, 45 sqm.) are ideal for a couple, with the possibility of an additional bed for a child.

They are composed of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom looking on the garden, living room and bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The apartment Il Timo (first floor, 53 sqm) has a wonderful view on Siena and the surrounding countryside.

It is composed of two double bedrooms, a big and fully equipped kitchen/living room and a bathroom with shower.

In Farmhouse Prodaia you may relax in the shady garden over a glass of wine, or walk along the paths of the surrounding countryside, among vineyards and olive trees.

A wood-oven and a barbecue are also available for guests for a nice pizza-party (with our assistance, if needed) as well as bicycles and games for children.

It is also possible to organize guided tours to Siena, the city of the worldwide famous 'Palio', and to the other many tourist-sites of our region.
