   The location is quite far from the beaten track, and that is why it appealed to us. We took lovely walks amidst beautiful wild flowers. They served us a lovely dinner too. The room was exceptionally lovely, and the family very friendly and helpful.

   It was quite difficult to find, even with a GPS. But other than that, we were completely satisfied.

   Tutto: posizione in un luogo splendido, pulizia ed ampiezza delle camere, gentilezza e disponibilità assoluta. Assolutamente d' eccellenza sia la cena che la colazione; la titolare, così come lo staff (che con lei collaborano da anni) sono persone eccezionali.

   il luogo e' incantevole, ma soprattutto siamo felici di aver trovato delle persone molto ospitali, piacevoli e disponibili. ci sembrava di essere in famiglia e pertanto cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare per l'accoglienza.

The landscape is typical of the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, which stretches from the foot of Mount Coppari, where the Farmhouse Sant'Elia is located, to Lake Angitola and the coast across from it.

The area's natural beauty is best enjoyed strolling along the long pathways through coniferous forests, Mediterranean brush and vast orchards of olive and fruit trees.

The local architecture expresses the character of late nineteenth-century country homes, beautifully situated in the midst of a clearing offering breathtaking views extending from 800 metres above sea level down to the Aeolian Islands

The rooms in the villa are elegant and very well taken care of, and are arranged around a large central hall. They include two dining rooms and a sitting room on the ground floor, and six bedrooms upstairs

The food served is typical of Calabria, made with the farm's own organically grown produce prepared in accordance with local tradition. Specialties include home-made pasta and local meat and vegetable dishes.

Taste the farm's products and, if you like, take some home with you – preserved vegetables, jams, wine, olive oil, liqueurs and other organic products are available.
