   Location, cleanliness, kind staff. Would definitely return or recommend.

   Did not state in description that air conditioning was limited to certain hours and honestly never felt it was on (was not really needed in front room as already breezy but would have been helpful at night to help keep mosquitoes out and street noise out). Also, parking was listed on description but not as an additional fee. Parking was a bit of a hassle getting in and out due to very tight spacing and other cars blocking.

   The roof top patio overlooking the Almalfi coast was a million dollar view where the owners let us bring our snacks up and they had a bar with very reasonable prices. The elevator was the bonus as most places we stayed in our month in Italy had several flights of stairs. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to get you everything you need.

   Great location close to beach, amazing view from breakfast patio. Very clean and owners are helpful. We think that air conditioning should be included in the price.

   The traffic was extremely noisy from our room.
   Air conditioning should be included like the other places we stayed.
