   l'atmosfera di estrema cordialità e l'attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto! la struttura è un esempio mirabile di ri-appropiazione architettonica di un sito "archelogico". Perfettamente innestato all'interno della città di Spoleto.

Hotel San Luca is a small, charming hotel, run by the Zuccari family. Elegant and sophisticated, it features a warm and familiar atmosphere.

You will be totally wrapped up in the old ambience of this hotel and will find it hard to believe that most of what you see is new following the drastic changes made to the inside of the building during the restoration.

As you enter in the Hotel San Luca, freshness and brightness will surround you: the natural light filters through the arcade that opens into the central courtyard and reflects on the room's pastel walls.

The hall is furnished with comfortable peach armchairs arranged around an 18th century fireplace, and with antique pieces that add to the warmth, making you feel right at home.

Two canaries occupy an antique birdcage, which blends nicely with the background of pastel colours from the striking collection of 19th century tureens on display.

Hotel San Luca has spacious and colourful rooms that are soundproofed and extremely clean, filled with amenities and featuring 2 king size beds.

The rooms are served by large bathrooms with Carrara marble, some offering whirlpool bathtubs and all including telephone, towel heater, and antifogging mirror.
