   La location è veramente spettacolare ed il personale è gentilissimo: subito pronto a consigliare itinerari e ristoranti di ottimo livello.

   Non ho soggiornato direttamente presso la struttura in quanto c'era un problema di over booking. Pero' il gestore si e' prodigato nel trovarmi una sistemazione di adeguata e pari qualita' nelle immediate vicinanze. Persone molto cordiali e disponibili.

   Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Neues Gebäude, sehr kinderfreundlich, sehr sauber.

Residence La Cuccumella is located in Tuscany countryside, 7 km from the Gulf of Follonica, in front of Island Elba.

The residence offers 10 large two- and three-roomed apartments, sleeping from 2 up to 6 people, each with cooking corner.

The 2 two-roomed apartments on the 1st floor have a 25sq.m private terrace; The three roomed apartment have 2 bathrooms (one of this for disabled guests).

Residence La Cuccumella also has parking, swimming pool, barbeque area, children playground area, at guests' disposal.

La Cuccumella is ideally located for those who enjoy peace and quiet, for day trips to well-known historical Tuscan sites, to organise cycling, horseback riding, or walking excursions to explore the Maremma.

The area boasts many thermal springs already known in the era of the Etruscan civilisation, of whose existence there are extensive remains.
