Residence - Ludovica

Residence Ludovica has been just built in Positano centre in a splendid panoramic position.

The residence offers 9 apartments all with a beautiful sea view of the Amalfi Coast with the green orchards laying over the emerald-green sea water.

The houses of Residence Ludovica are furnished with taste and every comfort and with the typical ceramic floors from Vietri.

We offer 20/45sq.m studio-flats and two-roomed apartments, that can accommodate from 2 up to 4 persons.

Residence Ludovica has some apartments with attic and some apartments that not have cooking facilities.

Some of the flats have balcony with sea view, while others have a wide terrace offering a splendid sea view complete with dining facilities.

All accommodation of Residence Ludovica have air conditioning/heating, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer.

These apartments are part of an ancient building in Positano, elegantly renovated, both externally and internally.

In the residence there is a common room at guests' disposal, provided with free Wi-fi in order to connect your laptop or mobile phone.

Residence Ludovica building is itself part of the characteristic landscape of Positano. It is located halfway between the coast and the sea, in a central position inside the village.
