   Appartamento ben ristrutturato, dotato di ogni comfort e curato nei dettagli; una piacevole sorpresa il comodissimo materasso in lattice e l'attrezzato locale lavanderia. Ottimo.

   L'accoglienza e la disponibilità delle persone interessate, la completezza della residenza.

   La camera da letto é su via Matteotti, una strada molto trafficata. Si sentono molto i rumori del traffico e anche delle persone che vi transitano a piedi.
   Può essere un problema riposare quindi suggerirei di insonorizzare meglio la finestra della camera da letto.

   Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottima la posizione. La casa offre moltissimi confort ed è pulitissima e davvero accogliente. Pochissimi rumori in quanto la strada su cui si affaccia è una strada a traffico limitato.

   la lavanderia in comune con l'altro appartamento.

   L'appartamento è moderno e dotato di ogni comfort, anche per i bimbi più piccoli (lettino e attrezzi da cucina). La possibilità di utilizzare la piccola lavanderia, perfettamente in ordine e funzionale, è una comodità davvero apprezzabile. La posizione è splendida, nella via principale, dove si respira il clima festoso di questa città. La mancanza di finestre con vetri doppi, sopratutto nelle sere dei week end, comporta un po' di rumore dovuto al vociare della gente che passeggia fino a tardi, ma, se non si ha il sonno troppo leggero, non è così fastidioso.

Residence Matteotti is set in a 1930's art-deco "building" that has been delightfully renovated to provide 4 self catering apartments.

All apartments have been furnished and decorated in a contemporary, modern style and include all modern comforts. All have their own individual entrance and include: air-conditioning/heating, satellite flat screen television, CD/DVD/VHS player, internet access, safety deposit box and hairdryer.

The apartments are all located on the 1st floor. There are two smaller one bedroom apartments and two larger one bedroom apartments.

The Entrance of all the apartments lead directly into a small hall area. A door leads to the lounge/kitchen/diner which has been fitted with a sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children) and a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen area is furnished with a four ring gas hob, oven, extractor fan, sink unit, fridge freezer and storage cupboards.

The sleeping zone is composed of a large double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and shelving unit. The larger apartment has adjacent to the bedroom a walk-in wardrobe area fitted with various hanging rails, drawers and shelves.

The modern bathroom has been fitted with a large walk-in shower unit. There is also a heated towel rail and shaving mirror.

The residence benefits from a communal washing area which is also situated on the first floor and fitted with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests to use.
