   -La habitación no presentaba buen aspecto: tapa del baño roto, toallera rota, television mal sonido, la encima sin encidido funcionando,la nevera no cerraba bien ( no llegaba a congelar), no había plancha, el secador no funcionaba, el servicio de lavandería no estaba disponible (lavadora rota) Sofa cama en lugar de cama como aparece en las fotos ( el colchon muy fino por lo que es incomoda).

   Ubicación ideal para visitar el norte y costa esmeralda

   Te obligan a una serie de gastos obligatorios , por lo que el precio final se dispara en torno a 300 € más. El menaje de los apartamentos es irrisorio, practicamente no hay.

   Arredamento molto spartano, divano letto non confortevole, potrebbe esserci qualche suppellettile in più in cucina.

   Mi ha soddisfatto soptrattutto la pulizia delle camere e la tranquillita' che il residence ha offerto, avendo una bambina piccola era molto importante.

   I was very satisfied with the friendly staff, that meat me in my condition of sickness with kindness, understanding, discretion and personal engagement. All problems, questions were solved imediatelly and to my complete satisfaction, even if I only speak english. I will never forget the nice 2 guys in the reception, that soon became my friends.

   When cutting bushes with loud machinery, the workers should perhaps ask the guests living just a couple of meters far from the machine, if they prefere to leave the appartement for the time of noisy work.

Holiday Apartment Palau Green Village is a delightful complex of apartments built with care and attention to detail, using local Sardinian stone.

The apartments are surrounded by well attended gardens, with mediterranean shrubs, aromatic plants and large wind weathered granite rocks typical of the area of Gallura.

Carefully furnished, the apartments can be situated either at the ground floor level with a patio furnished with table and chairs or at the first floor level with veranda (table and chairs).

Each apartment is equipped with TV, microwave, ironing set and hairdryer. The following types of apartment are available:

Mono 2 comprises a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. Bilo 4 comprises living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom.

Palau Green Village Holiday Apartment complex also has a well equipped swimming pool and sunbathing area, a Reception (09.00/13.00 - 17.00/20.00).

Small pedestrian paths surrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the swimming pool.
