   i thought the chalet was fantastic the owner was ever so kind uhelping us out in the early hours after we locked ourselves out it was a beautiful place to stay with olive orange and lemon trees all around and a vinyard behind it was only a short 5 minute walk into the main squre of sorreto and had plenty of shops near by there was also fresh fruit left for us upon our arival and plenty of the main cooking essntials such as oils seasonings and all that sort of thing all in all i had a fantastic time whilst staying here and would stay again if i ever returned to the town

   there was nothing wrong with the place yhe only thing it could use and thats just to make it even better would be a swimming pool

   Direi quasi nulla ... forse solo la presenza di alcune zanzare, ma la protezione era sufficiente

   The beautiful room was very spacious and comftarble, furnished in a good taste and located between lemon trees. the relaxing and picturesque surrounding was actually in the heart of sorrento, on the main road. The owner, ambrogio, is warmhearted and kind, gave us an excellent recommandation of restaurants and an accurate information about capri and the area.

   It was a lovely quiet spot with a beautiful terrace and just five minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. The bungalow was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The owners were very helpful.

   The kitchen facilities are rather limited - no kettle

   Excellent in everyway! Were pisked up from the train station and shown to the bungalow (on the short trip he pointed out good supermarket/pizza/internet shops). Place was better than I had expected with oil, salt, sugar, balsamic vinger, bottled water and coffee provided for no added charge. Also we had an orchard full with oranges (which we turned into juice) and lemons. We were also proved with free pastries during our stay. Kitchen was small but sufficent, bed was very comfortable and location was excellent -it was away from traffic and with practically no neighbours. (and very close to main town and train station) A very pleasent and enjoyable stay, our host was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way (despite the fact he knew very little english!) To top off the stay he also dropped us back at the train station once we had finished

   Everything was great!

   L'appartamento era accogliente, io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci serviva, non ci è mancato nulla, e Ambrogio è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro di Sorrento, ma lontana dal caos del traffico; è inoltre immersa in un delizioso aranceto. 10 e lode! Valentina & Francesco

   We enjoyed our stay at Chalet paradiso very much. It is a very quiet, cozy, romantic, pleasent, clean, well equiped, good located appartment, sorrounded by lemon and orange trees, and in the same time only 50 meters from the main street of Sorrento, close to everything that you need: supermarkets, train station. main piazza, coffee bars, restorants, shops, port, etc. The air condition system worked very good, and the blanket was excelent. The kitchen is small, but in the same time very efficient and you can find there almost everything you can think of. It seems that everyone who stay in this appartment add something to the stock, thus you can find not only basic ingredients such as coffee and sugar, but also olive oil, balsamic viniger, corn oil, sea salt, fresh fruits, etc... Ambrogio was very nice and helpfull. He came to meet us at the time and place we agreed, both on check-in and check-out days. Even brought us some fresh cakes in the morning we left... it was amazing !!! In the appartment we found a bottle of champagne to celebrate the new year night! We reccomend this place to anyone who likes to be independent in his meals (both time and content), who likes new, clean and quiet places, who wants bigger place than a standard hotel room, and who needs parking during his stay.

   Was picked up and dropped off by Ambrogio from the train station - very nice touch. Very clean new chalet, all good!

   Il soggiorno è stato assolutamente piacevole, l'ambiene interno è stato accogliente e su misura per le esigenze di una vacanza, il giardino in cui è immersa l'abitazione è davvero il suo punto di forza considerando poi che si trova a due passi dal centro città ma si hanno i vantaggi della campagna (silenzio, frescura, odori e canto degli uccelli compreso).

   Non ci sono state cose che non abbia gradito.
   Un solo appunto va fatto alla dotazione di strofinacci da cucina che era un pò manchevole. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

   the chalet was new, clean and very well equipped- even a large bowl of fresh fruit was supplied. we were picked up and driven back to the station.

   When we arrived at night the chalet seemed very isolated, situated in an orchard behind locked gates, but it proved to be a quiet , secure and handy location

   We loved Chalet Paradiso! The location was great - close to everything , but it felt like we were very secluded . We really enjoyed the patio and all the fruit trees , walnut trees , and olive trees . The kitchen had olive oil , balsamic vinegar , and sea salt - how fabulous !

   Everything was perfect!

   The apartment is set in a very quiet, location. Very private and extremely safe with lovely owners. No noise at all from the usually busy main road in Sorrento due to the location. A 10 minute walk from the centre of town with local shops and quiet bars near by. Would highly recommend booking, we will look to re-book on our next trip to Sorrentto.

   This cottage exceeded all our expectations - it was a real paradise. The location was perfect - a 5 min. walk to the center of Sorrento. Very private and quiet, in the middle of the olive and lemon garden. The cottage is brand new, clean, and nicely furnished. You can save a lot of money by buying local groceries and preparing your own meal there, avoiding extremely expensive restaurants. There is also a very nice patio, with a view on the grape garden. The owner, Mr. Amrosio, speaks a little English, and is a very friendly and attentive to details person. He met us at the train station and picked us up there. When we were leaving, he gave us a lift to the station. We will definitely come again and already recommended this place to our friends.

   Chalet Paridiso is a great find, especially if you want to have your privacy and get away from the crowds at the end of the day. It is a new cottage, located in amongst olive, lime and lemon trees. You can relax on the patio, enjoy the quiet and a glass of wine and look at the neighbours vineyard. It is a short walk into the centre of Sorrento with some great shops along the way. There are also some good restaurants close by that are quite reasonable and have great food. The kitchen although small worked well for cooking meals. Being able to sit outside and eat on the patio and relax was quite enjoyable ... if you need a break from restaurants. There is a fish market open in the mornings just around the corner and a larger supermarket close by as well. So cooking or getting snacks was quite easy. Chalet Paradiso is a great place to use as a base to see the Amalfi coast. Everything was quite easy to get to from the place, for example the train station was just a short walk (on the way into town) away, and it's only about 20 minutes to Pompei by train. The train station is also the same place to get the public buses to tour Positano and Amalfi. Many thanks to Ambrogio for making our stay very memorable. Your personal attention was most helpful and welcome. We'll never be able to look or eat another lemon without thinking about the Sorrento lemons you left for us...thanks again Ambrogio.
