   Location location location. 5 minutes from the train station and water buses. Restaurants laundromats supermarkets all within 15 minute walk. Bathroom was all new - shower recess quite spacious by Italian standards

   There could have been a jug and toaster for us australians!

   Der freundliche Empfang durch den Vermieter inkludiert auch eine kurze Darstellung der Umgebungsangebote. Das Appartement ist großzügig im Raumangebot, hell und sauber, es wirkt wie neu. Bis zum Wohnraum sind zweimal 15 Stufen zu überwinden, was vielleicht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft angemerkt werden könnte. Der Vermieter ist äußerst entgegenkommend bei Sonderwünschen, z.B. bezüglich der Abreise. Die Infrastruktur der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Appartements bietet einiges an, eine Bäckerei ist direkt vis a vis des Hauseingangs. Zum Piazzale Roma sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, asuch Rialto ist leicht erreichbar (sofern man sich schon ein wenig auskennt!).

   Great location - within a 5-10 minute walk to Piazzalle Roma and the train station and bar/bakers, take away pizzas and a reataurant nearby. Located in a nice, quiet local neighborhood. Andrea met us at Piazzalle Roma to take us to the apartment and gave a us lots of useful information. We would stay here again.

   Appartamento - Palazzina Ca' Gioiosa was a beatiful place to stay. Highly recommended for 2-3 persons. The rooms, the services and the locations were excellent. Thanks to Andrea for taking care. See you soon

   Great location, clean and roomy apartment, which was great. Some wonderful local shops around us, and away from the large crowds of tourists.

   People need to be aware, especially the elderley, there is a large number of steps that you have to climb before you reach the apartment, and this can be quite difficult carrying suitcases.
   
   Coming from Venice station, we had to try and carry our suitcases over the Large white bridge, this was impossible to do. Guys came and grabed our bags, took them across, and demanded payment. We found out later you can get the Water Bus from the station side and get off at the first stop and walk (15-20 min) to the apartment

   Our "apartment" had a roof top terrace, with a small table and chairs. The kitchenette was very convenient. We would stay here again.
