Holiday Apartment Rolax is a little 45sq.m apartment for vacancies in a quiet position nearby the medieval town of Perugia, the capital of the 'green' region Umbria.

Our apartment has a double bedroom and a living room with kitchen (where another person can sleep), a balcony and a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
