Holiday House Villa Carina, finely furnished, is located in the centre of Sabaudia, a beautiful town near the famous lake where international regattas unwind, and near tennis courts, bowling, shopping centre.

It is onto 2 floors with a little front and a back garden, supplied with an external shower and barbecue.

At the ground floor you will find the living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and TV, little kitchen with fridge-freezer and microwave, little bathroom, washing machine and glazed veranda where you can stay when it is humid/cold.

On the 1st floor, at the top of a wood staircase, there are 2 bedrooms (1 air-conditioned) with a bathroom (bathtub + shower).

On the top floor of Holiday Apartment Villa Carina there is a solarium where you can sunbathe free from all. The villa is equipped with a private heating system.

The house is ideal for the summer vacations but is sure adapted also for people wishing to spend a romantic weekend in winter or a relax week all the year along.
