    Location is perfect for getting to boats. 10 minute easy walk to train station. Freindly helpful family owners on site. Good air conditioning,water pressure,shower,bed. Nice courtyard to relax. Good TV. First floor no steps. Entrance right from fenced in and locked Courtyard. Very clean,extra towels for beach. Great restaurant 30 seconds from front door.
    No wi fi, no breakfast. Breakfast available starting 6AM right next door breakfast of 3 croissants,2 latte only 6 euro.

    Cannot fault Villa Elisa, everything about it was perfect from the moment we got there, great location, great views of the square & very central for everything. The apt was cleaned everyday & having our own kitchen worked out very well, we had our own private balcony & also 2 sunbeds located up on the roof which was great.

    We stayed upstairs in the one bedroom and it was well worth the extra money...Josephine is a wonderful hostess and made us feel very welcomed...Highly recommend...

    Very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. Helpful. Beautiful courtyard made for a relaxing stay and gave scope for breakfasting or having takeaway outside the room. Absolutely great position.
    Rooms vary in size and no mention of this. Travelling with friends and we ended up with significantly smaller room to all others. eed to better equip the rooms and think more about quality and quantity of the equipment. Old mismatched towels is not really acceptable, nor are old mismatched coffee cups.

    Perfect location - centrally located to go to the Port or Train/bus station as well as all shopping areas. The Christmas lights added to the whole fairylike atmosphere. We would certainly go back to this address and highly recommend.
    The pressure of hot water tap in one of the studios was very low.

    the location was perfect next to tasso sg the main piazza/across from the walking streets for restaurants and shopping/next to the tourist info office with a panoramic view of the harbour and naples in the distance/a short walk to marina piccoli (boats to capri etc)....and the court yard at the apt was perfect for meals or cocktails (4 tables)....my wife and I are both in the travel biz with many trips under our belt and this stay was 5 star

    A wonderful place to stay if you like "a home away from home". Guiseppina was so helpful and generous - went out of her way to do things for us - something you would never get in a hotel chain. Location was excellent - close to restaurants and amenities - but did not feel that you were in the middle of a busy town - a little oasis wirh the garden courtyard

    I was hard to leave the beautiful Villa Elisa Apartment! It truly felt like a home away from home in Sorrento. Everything about it was accurate, my booking experience was very smooth and we were welcomed with open arms. Perfectly situated in the quaint Piazza Sant Antonino and footsteps from the more bustling Piazza Tasso and all the areas sights. We will definitely return to this perfect vacation spot and tell our friends. Missing the garden patio already...

    The location was superb; The welcome and service were great, we appreciated little touches such as the little soaps; shower caps.. We did not expect daily cleaning which was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the size of the apartment was good. Loved the courtyard. overall excellent, great value for the price. Would go back anytime and would happily refer to anyone.
    Not a huge deal but the pillows and mattresses are on the hard side if you are not used to a hard mattress. It took some getting used to.

    Location good able to get around easily. Nice spacious room. Friendly Staff.
    Kitchen facilities not up to standard and not enough containers, etc supplied. Bathroom shelf fell off on it's own these things should be checked reguarly. Stay would of been much easier if staff could of spoken some English.

    The location was excellent right in the heart of sorrento beside shops, restaurants and also the bus station. Apartment villa elisa is lovely and very well serviced clean towels everyday. The owner and his mother were very friendly and helpful.
    The cooking facilities were very basic it would have been nice to have a grill or even a toaster to have some toast in the mornings. There was also alot of street noise in the mornings and that was with the door shut! Overall i had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment.

    We had a lovely stay at Villa Elisa. Whilst the room was not large it was comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of having the lovely garden area. In the afternoons after a hard days sight seeing we would relax with a glass of wine and some nibbles. The location was excellent, right at the top of the road down to the port and very close to the main square and shopping area. I would recommend this place.
    It would be great to have some basic cooking supplies ie oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Villa Elisa is centrally located in Sorrento. I found this to be one of the greatest assets. The courtyard served us very well since we had some people over several times. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In all, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.
    The only one small thing that I found less than satisfactory is that there were no wine glasses available. I even tried to buy some in the stores but could not find any. In wine county there should be plenty of wine glasses supplied - mind you, it did not stop us from contributing to the local economy!

    The apartment was as charming as it appeared in the advertisement and was in an excellent location, close to everything and very secure. Although the apartment was compact, it was very well appointed and ideal for a couple who either wanted to self- cater or walk the very short distance across S'Antonino square to the restaurants and many shops. The air conditioning was a great bonus to have in the 30+ degrees Celcious temperatures. We would highly recommend Villa Elisa for your stay in beautiful Sorrento.The owners were very friendly and eager to help and let us leave our luggage there until just before we had to catch the train. We found Villa Elisa good value for money.
    Nothing really, we were very happy with Villa Elisa. If you are arriving by train to Sorrento it might be a good idea to catch a taxi to the apartment from the train station as we found it very exhausting and a little difficult to push and pull our luggage the distance through the crowds, busy traffic and very narrow footpaths especially as we were not able to find it easily without having to stop and ask directions a couple of times.

    We LOVED this apartment--super cute and comfortable, and the owner was very attentive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is bright and cheerful, and even though it's right on the piazza (the location couldn't be better), the beautiful courtyard is you a nice private place to relax away from the bustle. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    The location was particularly good - iin the very centre of Sorrento close to the sea and shopping area.
    In the room there was only one inconvinience - no window, though the door was made of glass and let the light in.

    the location was perfect for trains, buses, restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the sights of Sorrento. Our hosts couldn't have been more generous particularly as we had a passport stolen and they helped us with all our arrangements.

    My husband and I were very impressed with Villa Elisa. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit. It was close to the port and 10 minutes walk from the railway station.The cafes and supermarket were just up the road. The apertment it self was clean and comfortable. We had every thing we needed for our stay in Sorrento. Our host was helpful and very welcoming. We would recommend Villa Elisa to all our friends.

    Villa Elisa is an excellent apartment for staying in Sorrento. It was short staying and very pleasant. There is not only room but a little garden also. We had opportunity to have eating in the garden - it was very comfortable. We had nothing problems there.

    The location in Sorrento was excellent, within easy walking distance of train station, shops, restaurants and the steps to the waterfront (to board the boat to Capri). The owner's daughter who was there to welcome us, speaks good english and explained everything to us in detail. The apartments contained everything we needed for our stay.
    The pillows were very hard which made it difficult to get a good nights rest. It would very beneficial to offer softer pillows for those who prefer them.

    Great location in the middle of Sorrento, we loved the area and am glad we stayed there and not on the Amalfi coast as it was easy to get everywhere. Great value for money and within walking distance to everything. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful, we would stay there again if we return to Italy and reccommend to anybody.

    Very good choice for Sorrento.A great location near the centre of town and close to tha harbour.The coffee shop next door is inexpensive and they serve a great capucino.Giussepina and her son Antonio were extremely helpful at all times.I would recommend you have a cell phone unless you know exactly when you arrive

    Posizione OTTIMA, personale cortese e disponibile, appartamentino perfetto per due persone. Non è stato nemmeno necessario accendere il condizionatore perchè la temperatura era gradevolissima in casa nonostante all'esterno facesse freddo. Nessun problema con gli utensili della cucina: non manca praticamente nulla. Il piano cottura è un po' scomodo per le persone non molto alte, e forse ci sarebbe bisogno di una pulizia più frequente dell'appartamento (cambio asciugamani, cambio biancheria letto e cucina). Nel complesso comunque abbiamo gradito moltissimo la nostra permanenza e consigliamo la struttura a chi voglia soggiornare a Sorrento.

    La ubicazione della sruttura, cenralissima, e la cordialità della titolare.
    Siamo stati senza elettricità per una notte untera, ma ciò era dovuto ad un guasto sulla linea elettrica della zona, causato da un nubifragio di carattere eccezionale.

    Personnel très accueillant, hôtel bien situé, chambre propre, bel environnement avec petite terrasse où l'on peut prendre son petit déjeuner dehors. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas fourni mais il y a un petit café juste à côté où l'on peut acheter capppuccino et croissants. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!
    Seul point négatif: l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien quand nous y avons séjourné. Le fils de la propriétaire a été très gentil et l'a réparé très rapidement. Autre petit détail, acheter de nouvelles serviettes ne ferait pas de tort: elles sont plutôt vieilles et un peu rugueuses.

    Great Sorrento location - you couldn't get a more central location. Loved the pretty private courtyard - perfect for a glass of vino after a day at the beach or sight-seeing along the Amalfi. We arrived much later than anticipated but the friendly owners were there waiting to greet us with a smile and plenty of helpful information. Would certainly recommend to my friends as good value for money.

    Very convenient location and reasonable price. We had to pay the balance in cash, which we were not told in advance. But really no complaints: it was clean, air-conditioned, close to the train station and in the centre of the old town and right near the beach. Also recommended is the coffee bar next door for your morning cappuccino!
