   El alojamiento es ideal para parejas o familias ya que disponen de un apartamento para ellos solos. Tiene todas las comodidades como cocina, cafetera, menaje, televisión, nevera, sofá... así como baño completo. Allí dispone de alimentos para desayuno como zumos, leche, café y pastas. El lugar es muy tranquilo.

   Lo único negativo es la falta de señalización para llegar... está, literalmente, en mitad de la nada y sin indicaciones que anuncien el alojamiento por el camino.

Holiday Apartment Villalba is situated in the country side but only 2 km from the cit and offers its guests a completely independent apartment inaugurated in July 2008.

It is composed of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, a living room with equipped kitchenette, tv and a double sofa bed. Availability of the 5th sleeping bed.

Guests of Holiday Apartment Villalba can take advantage of a large garden equipped with table and chairs, and with a wonderful panoramic view over Arezzo.

The property also provides with a swimming pool for children.
