Avr. Valutation: 10/10We spent a total of three nights at 4 Rooms B&B, and we couldn't have been happier. The rooms were clean, the linens and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The location is perfect: literally right outside the Field of Miracles. Within walking distance of a pharmacy, a train stop, a bus stop, the duomo, and the very active restaurant and shopping district. However, what made the stay so fun was the owner, Luca. We didn't have a mobile phone in Italy so Luca waited for us to arrive at the B&B. Luca helped us with everything from finding a taxi, to driving directions in Tuscany, to finding great places to eat in Pisa. For those that complain about the breakfast: we found throughout our 2-week trip through Italy that breakfast is just not big in Italy, anywhere. My advice is to grab a cup of coffee at 4 Rooms and then go explore the city for a bite to eat a local restaurant. Make the best of it.
Nothing. We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at 4 Rooms again.

The location was exactly beside the most famous tourist attractions!
The breakfast quality was not satisfactory. Hot drinks were almost cold. Also there were no normal bread to have, instead, there were somethings like candies and biscuits.

So che non ci si puó fare nulla, bisogna lasciare il tempo per le pulizie,ma é sempre sgradevole dovere lasciare la stanza cosí presto il giorno della partenza, come se giá non fosse vacanza, alzarsi presto, andar via tante ore prima dell'aereo...

The breakfast was very poor/basic. Store bought pastries, not great hot drinks, one choice of cereal.
I did wake up with bites on my legs. Not sure from what. Bed bugs???

Luca è un vero gentiluomo, disponibile e premuroso nel consigliarci e orientarci nella visita dalla sua bellissima città. Le camere sono spaziose e curate, il bagno pulito e confortevole. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare presso la struttura.

Le bruit des voitures dans la rue, la proximité de l'hôpital et donc le hurlement des sirènes, la profusion des moustiques à cause de la proximité de grands arbres et le petit déjeuner décevant (nous, français, aimons manger copieusement le matin et un peu de pain frais aurait été bienvenu)

Avr. Valutation: 8/10Getränke (Saft, Wasser) waren jederzeit im Frühstücksraum verfügbar. Großes Zimmer (blauer Raum), jedoch suggerieren die Fotos eine Luxusatmosphäre, die nicht ganz der Wirklichkeit entspricht. Hervorragende Fenster (siehe unten).
Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass die Pension direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt - entsprechend ist der Geräuschpegel bei geöffnetem Fenster enorm. Sehr gute Fenster und die Klimaanlage wirken dagegen.

Breakfast was bland.....but as we started travelling around Italy, we learned that the Italiens don't really know how to do breakfast....expect only coffee, orange juice and croissants.

Our only very minor disappointment was that we would have preferred fresh croissants to the packaged ones offered at breakfast.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación pues se encontrama próximo a la zona de los monumentos. Además es muy fácil de encontrar. En cuanto al alojamiento, encontré un espacio muy amplio, tanto habitación como baño, bien decorado y muy limpio. Pienso que hay una muy buena relación calidad- precio.

The location could not be better. Pisa's leaning tower was right out the door. WE Will return and stay again with Luca and the 4 rooms of pisa. Bella!!

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Luca, il titolare, si è rivelato una persona veramente gentile e a disposizine per qualunque informazione inerente le necessità di soggiorno dei clienti. La struttura sorge in piazza manin, quindi all'ingresso di "piazza dei miracoli", così affacciandosi alla finestra della nostra camera si vedevano benissimo il battistero, la cattedrale e la Torre. Le camere pulitissime, e dotate di bagno, ristrutturate da pochissimo, sono arredate con gusto e originalità. La posizione estremamente centrale è servita dai mezzi pubblici che forniscono collegamenti rapidi ed agevoli. E' un posto dove tornare!

Valutation: 10/10Luca, il "capo" è una persona davvero straordinaria e gentile e a completa disposizine per qualsiasi domanda. dalla nostra camera si vedeva la Torre, che era a 20 m, quindi posizione ECCELLENTE! Camera pulitissima, bagno comodo e una marea di cuscini soffici (come le coperte e il materasso) per un relax perfetto. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Quando tornerò a Pisa, tornerò sicuramente qui!!!
Non ho trovato il comando del riscaldamento...

We forgot a book under the pillow and they did not said it when we return to pick up the luggage although the room was cleaned already. A little bit noisy.

Avr. Valutation: 9/10My friend and I traveled around northern Italy and Pisa was our last visit before we returned to the US. I selected this Bed and Breakfast because reviews indicated that the rooms were large for European standards and the location was excellent. Both of these items were true. We had a nice amount of room in which to back our suitcases before our return and the bathroom was a nice size including the shower. (We stayed in the Yellow Room.) The location was excellent as you were only steps away from the Field of Miracles, inlcuding the Leaning Tower. The staff was attentive to our needs to change the king size bed into two single beds and provide us with a map of Pisa and restuarant recommendations.
When we arrived, the windows were open as it was a humid day. There was quite a bit of traffic noise we could hear including sirens. We found out the next day we were right next to a hospital. However, in the evening, as it turned cold, we shut the windows including the wooden shutters. Neither me nor my friend heard much noise and we both slept very well that night.

In bagno pochi servizi ( pochi asciugamani, assenti le salviette, scarsa la cartigenica e il wc andava solo con quella specifica della struttura, bisognerebbe lasciare più scorte,.... ,)
La colazione non è molto abbondante

Avr. Valutation: 10/10It's impossible to get a room closer to Pisa Tower than this...if that's what you're looking for then this is the place for you. The rooms are wonderful, very nicely decorated and the place is runned by a very nice family. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends!

Valutation: 10/10La posizione è meravigliosa (si affaccia sull'arcata di Piazza dei Miracoli); le camere sono grandi, molto confortevoli e particolarmente curate nell'arredo; il bagno è molto pulito e dispone di tutto il necessario per la pulizia; nella mia camera (tra l'altro la più grande, ben 20mq!) c'era anche un balconcino in cui poter fare colazione; dispone anche di un servizio wireless; il personale è molto disponibile.
E' adiacente all'ospedale (quindi si sente spesso passare l'ambulanza a sirene spiegate) e la colazione non è particolarmente ricca.
