    Siamo stati solo una notte nel BB Quindi non posso dare un giudizio per lunghi soggiorni, ma posso dire che siamo stati Molto bene e che non ci è mancato proprio nulla!

    The host is very nice and helpful. The house, the garden and the room are excellent.
    The house is not close to city center, and unfortunately is located behind a shopping center, so the view is not nice. It's also close to the railway and trains can be heard.

    LA TORTA DI MELE!!!!!!!!MA QUANTO ERA BUONA!!!E QUANTO MI MANCA! :D la signora Manu è stata disponibilissima e ci ha dato tanti consigli sui posti da visitare, la struttura è davvero bella, comodo raggiungere il centro e l'autostrada, è davvero un punto strategico, oltretutto vicino ad un centro commerciale quasi sempre aperto, che fa molto comodo!ve lo consigliamo davvero!....e poi c'è la dolce Emma che vi da il buongiorno! Speriamo di tornarci al più presto, Biagio e Ida ;)

    l'unica pecca è che essendo in moto un pò grande non abbiamo potuto metterla nel garage e neanche al riparo perchè la rampa sotto il porticato era in discesa comunque la signora ci ha fornito di un telo di nylon e abbiamo potuto ripararla da eventuale pioggia nella notte per il resto tutto ottimo

We appreciate the effort and kindness of the host, but for breakfast, apple-tart (torta di mele) was a little bit "too much". (**) Good shower is enough, but jacuzzi is also a little bit "too much". (We didn't use the facilities of the jacuzzi)

    Great room, very helpful host. everything was clean and the apple cake for breakfast was delicious! easy to access.
    The location is easy to access but not in the center and you need to go by foot (20 minutes) or by car in order to get to the pretty area of the town.

    Emanuela is a great host - she gave us fresh, home-made apple pie for breakfast - it was the best! The B&B is very nice and walking distance from the lake. We really enjoyed Desenzano - one of our highlights in Italy!

    l'ospitalita' della signora Manuela che è stata molto gentile e disponibile e premurosa a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.
    Sono dispiaciuta solo per la pulizia.. si quella si fa proprio desiderare ed è un peccato perchè del resto era tutto piu' che ottimo !!!

    The owner is very friendly and very helpful, excellent value for money. Big and comfortable room.
    The room has a large bath/shower/sauna which looked great but we weren't sure how to use it! When we pressed buttons water seemed to come out underneath the bath. Instructions needed for guests.

    Il B&B A Casa di Manu è un inaspettato angolo di verde in mezzo al traffico. Casa bellissima e silenziosa, stanze curatissime e nuove di zecca, accoglienza perfetta e familiare. Consiglio a tutti di visitare Manuela e la sua bella famiglia in questa piccola casa in mezzo al verde: non sarete delusi.
    Nessun aspetto negativo.

    la possibilità di avere un'entrata dedicata agli ospiti, senza utilizzare quella principale della casa. bella camera, grande e ben arredata. buona la colazione, molto cortese la proprietaria.

    B&B molto riservato, il cliente completamente autosufficiente grazie all'ingresso riservato. Il personale( la responsabile) molto gentile e disponibile con noi, colazione ottima e abbondante.

    Emanuella was fantastic! Her English was amazing and she was very welcoming. She also picked us up from the train station and dropped us off. The room was very big with a large bathroom.
    Our stay was wonderful, no negative points.

    Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo e la signora Emanuela è stata super disponibile e cortese, per non parlare poi della colazione, che era varia ed abbondante. La camera ed il bagno sono decisamente più grandi degli standard. Il B&B si trova dietro un centro commerciale con tanti negozi ed un supermercato, una bella comodità.

    It is better than the 5 star otels... The owner of the house was very nice, gentle and helpfull. By the way, the location is a little complicated. However she helped us so much about finding the house (she took us from the way and gave us bikes to use). And the room is really very very nice, we strongly reccomend...

    We had a great stay for 3 nights at Casa di Manu Bed& Breakfast. The room was spatious, comfortable and clean, with an amazing bathroom. A perfect comfy and cosy base for exploring Desenzano del Garda/ the Garda lake or to make day trips to elsewhere from. We went to Venice for a day by train for example. Parking, shopping mall, restaurants and railway station were all near by. There are bikes at your disposal, perfect to visit Sirmione with which is only 9 km away. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back. The B&B definately contributed to that holiday feeling! Background information for a day trip by train. 1. The railway station/platform is 15 min walking. 2. Be aware that last trains to Desenzano might depart early, so check beforehand. (Our last train from Venice for example was at 19.50h)
    Everything was perfect!

    Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Ausstattung hervorragend. Vor allem das Bad ist phantastisch! Emanuela, die Wirtin, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
    Ein wenig laut, weil das Haus an einer Straße und in der Nähe einer Eisenbahnbrücke liegt. Nachts allerdings nicht so schlimm, wie anfangs befürchtet, daher ganz ok.
    Das Haus ist nicht im Zentrum, man muss ca. 20 Minuten laufen.

    Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und für Probleme/ Beratungen immer zugänglich. Das Haus und Garten ist im gepflegten Zustand ebenso die vorhandenen Bäder und Möbel. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer ein wirklicher Vorteil. Auch die Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum ist ein Vorteil.
    Die Lage ist für eine Ferienwohnung etwas weiter entfernt vom Ortszentrum und dem Gardasee.
    Die Mobilierung der Zimmer sollte noch erweitert werden (Kühlschrank anstelle Kühlbox, Stühle und Tisch, eventuell noch ein Bild an der Wand)
