di telefonere tutte le volte per entrare in albergo in quanto non c'e' reception
percui non si ha l'accesso di entrata e uscita dall'albergo.
di avere il libero accesso di poter rientrare a qualsiasi ora della notte.

One problem: no key to enter building, so relied on agreeing a time for return with host. In 30+ degree temperatures this was sometimes inconvenient as one wished to return earlier.

Avr. Valutation: 8/10Excellent location - walking distance to the historic town and other attractions. Next to the river and close to bus routes. Enjoyed personal touch from proprieter who lives in the building and was present at breakfast Always helpful with advice and information.
Hanging washing a daily chore. Would like to see small hanging rail(s) in bathroom to allow for drying of clothes.

Avr. Valutation: 8/10Nice and central, Fabio spoke great English which helped, and gave good advice on restaurants nearby. Nicely renovated bathroom. Fairly quiet at night (except for the noisy students on cheap drinks at the nearby bar night)
Main entrance a little confusing as it doesn't say the Bed and Breakfast by name, so we were wandering around for a bit.

Valutation: 8/10L'accoglio del personale, la libertà per entrare e uscire e avere l'impressione di essere un po come 'a casa' la posizione della struttura e molto interessante et commoda (vicina alla parte vecchia della cita ma non troppo lontana dagli altri sestieri SI puo dormire tranquilimante - non si sente rumore sulla strada
l'aspetto che mi pare negativo, benche non sia legato direttamente alla qualità del soggiorno, è il fatto che non si puo pagare colla carta di credito e che questo punto non mi pare ben indicato nelle informazioni che si riceve al momento della conferma sull'internet -

Avr. Valutation: 8/10Delightful hosts - Both Mr Fraccaroli and his very lovely, friendly and extremely helpful Aunt; lovely clean rooms, pleasant breakfast, and very inexpensive parking. Well located for accessing the city - just an short, enjoyable walk across the river. If we went to Verona again, we want to to stay at the same B&B.
The bar downstairs was quite noisy on the Friday night, but that was no fault of the B&B, and it was quiet all other nights.

Avr. Valutation: 8/10Ad Centrum is in a great location to access the old town, we walked everywhere and it was just a very close to the City Sightseeing bus stop across the Ponte Navi. Breakfast was adaquate, room was airconditioned and although our room overlooked a fairly busy road, the double glazed window ensured a good nights sleep. Several cheap cafes situated near the B&B. Laundromat and other services nearby.
Hosts spoke only a little English but since we didn't spend much time there that wasn't a big deal. Lights were out at 10pm and while there may have been a night light in the foyer we could find it when we came in at 1230am. This was a bit dangerous, since we had to climb a short staircase to get to the elevator. Bed linen was clean but the doona cover was dirty. Ensuite bathroom was a bit small by Aussie standards but was clean & tidy.

The bar outside the window was open very late and there was a lot of noise until very late long after it finally closed and people were driving past very noisily so sleep was rare for me - also very hot and didn't switch air-conditioning on. However the others in our party slept perfectly!!
There isn't enough room at breakfast so some people had to wait while the others ate.

Avr. Valutation: 9/10Owner/ host Fabio did everything to make our stay comfortable. He told us some off-the-beaten-path spots and they were wonderful to visit. Very clean room. Cafe next door was open till late. Lots of affordable stores and cafes nearby as it's close to a university, thus, a student hang-out area. Bus stop for many bus lines was just across the bridge. Enjoyed talking with other guests over breakfast table. Simple, small, bare necessity room; but that was just what we needed.
Shower water temperature kept changing. As we stayed there amidst the heat wave, sudden cold water even felt good, but I'd imagine that might be unpleasant when the temps are cool.

. The children had a very noisy room with someones TV on next door very loudly til late. Also people were setting up breakfast room at 11pm and making a noise so my husband had to get up and tell them to come back in the morning.

It is located inside an apartment building across the river from the city centre,so offered peace and quiet. The breakfast provided was large and varied and the staff extremely friendly. I would stay here again.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they enabled us to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Verona. The location was excellent, with easy access, on foot, to all the city centre attractions, including the opera. We look forward to another visit in the future, and will recommend Ad Centrum to our friends.

Avr. Valutation: 8/10The location was excellent and it was an easy walk from the center of town. It was also convenient to the bus transportation to the train station. I also liked the fact that it was on the second floor so it was easy to walk to the room. I felt very secure behind 3 sets of locks! The owner, his sister and daughter were very friendly and helpful.
I was very disappointed with the breakfast. The pictures on the Internet show a variety of food, i.e., eggs, cereal, etc. One morning we were given cold white toasted bread which literally made me sick. The coffee was horrible and finally I opted for tea. There were only two breakfast tables with 4 chairs each and when the B&B was full, we had to wait to eat. After one of the breakfasts, I was literally ill for the rest of the day. They need to spend more money on feeding their guests or change their name so that they do not call themselves a "BED and BREAKFAST!"

Avr. Valutation: 8/10Room and private bath were very clean and space was a bit crowded (squeezed in a 3rd bed) but adequate.
It was a bit expensive -- but it was opera season and Verona was jammed full... supply and demand raised the price above what I would want to pay otherwise.

Avr. Valutation: 8/10This is a fairly basic but nice and friendly B&B very well situated for the centre of Verona.Rooms are well cared for and clean and the breakfast,while being nothing that special,is plentiful. No complaints. Recommended.
While the breakfast was by no means bad,I do feel that a little more effort could have been made to serve something of a slghtly higher quality.

Our only problem was the air conditioning. This unit was shared with the adjacent room whose tenant did not like it on. This meant keeping the window open which made the street noise rather intrusive. It was not of major concern, we would stay there again

Avr. Valutation: 7/10Anche se ho telefonato nella struttura due giorni prima del arrivo, e il proprietario mi a confermato che tutto sia a posto, ci siamo trovati a una struttura non scelta. Alora, era chiaro perché il proprietario è venuto personalmente alla stazione per indicarci la strada (siamo arrivati in macchina). Abbiamo prenotato due camere matrimoniali con bagni integrati. Una camera aveva i dimensioni indicati, si puo dire che era bella, anche se il bagno si trovava nel altro lato del corridoio, l' altra camera invece a misurato non piu di 10 mq. Era attrezzato con un divano, la parte prolungabile di cui aveva i dimensioni per un bambino. Per raggiungere il bagno si a dovuto rampicare attraverso il divano e l'armadio era pieno di roba personale dei proprietari. Per parcheggiare era necessario di traversare in dietro una strada molto transitata e di continuare indietro in una strada a senso unico per finalmente raggiungere un cortile con i manoevri avventurosi. Al contrario del sito, dove era indicato 'free parking', il prezzo richiesto erano 10 Euro al giorno. Per non rovinare il weekend con i nostri amici che sono venuti da America, non abbiamo insistito di alloggiarci nella struttura prenotata. Due bottiglie di vino mediocre come compensazione.... pazzesco! Sinceramente non da ricommandare.
