    The price was much more competitive than other b&b's/hotels I looked at and the rooms and communal spaces were smart, and staff were friendly and helpful.
    The location of the b&b was further from the beach than I had thought from reading the information online.

    veramente tutto ok , niente da ridire su alcunche' , gentilezza e cortesia del sig sessini , bagni puliti , casa pulitissima , asciugamani puliti e colazione a scelta tra succhi di frutta , caffe' , cioccolate , the' , caffe' marmellate e altro , possibilita' di entrare ed uscire a qualsiasi ora. consigliatissimo , rapporto qualita' prezzo indiscutibile e chi afferma il contrario non dice la verita'. lilly

    nos hemos sentido muy comodos en el establecimiento, esta muy bien comunicado del centro y el trato de Andrea ha sido fantastico. Muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo. Recomendable!!!

    1) cordialità e simpatia del gestore 2) precisione e puntualità nel fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie su eventuali itinerari
    asciugamani non puliti e spesso di cattivo odore; mancanza di privacy; assenza di scendibagno nei bagni; mi aspettavo un rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente migliore; collegamenti carenti; odore sgradevole in soggiorno.

    ambiente familiare, tranquillo, camere molto pulite e spassose, rapporto prezzo/qualità molto giusto, flexibilita nell'orario del check in ci ha aiutato molto e poi la gentilezza del personale ha fatto tutta la differenza.

    Muy limpio , buena el desayuno , excelente posición entre el mar y el centro de la ciudad , espléndido staff , cortesía amabilidad y mucha existencia por parte de todo el personal del b&b

    El lugar es muy fácil de llegar ya que está en la misma avenida que llega al centro, todo limpio y el personal muy simpático, no hay lujos pero para dormir y desayunar está de sobra preparado.

    El B&B estaba cerca del centro y de la playa de Poetto, y esto es comodo en caso de que no tengas coche.
    No se como resumir mi estancia en el solemar, de mano el dueño parecia simpatico y demas, pero tuvimos fastidio todas mis vacaciones.

    El desayuno tampoco es que fuese la gran maravilla, el cafe era de maquina nescafe bastante malo, un poco escaso.

    Habia mogollon de gente en cada habitacion, y lo de que iba a limpiar era un poco relativo....nada cero en todooooooo.

    Esta cerca del centro, dos paradas en autobús y caminando media hora.
    El desayuno es muy pobre y malo. Las persianas no cierran bien y entra mucha luz, ademas es una entreplanta y se oyen mucho los coches por lo que no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Ademas la habitación era muy pequeña para 2 personas. Pagamos mas que otras personas que estaban durmiendo ese mismo dia en una habitación tambien doble, lo que me parece fatal.

    La gentilezza di chi mi ha accolto! per il resto è stato tutto soddisfacente!! perciò se vi serve una B&B carino prenotate tranquillamente!!! rimmarrete sicuro soddisfatti!!! ^_^

    desayuno muy pobre.
    habitación muy ruidosa (al lado de carretera principal)
    habitación muy calurosa.
    el dueño no nos dejó encender el aire condicionado diciendo que si abrías la ventana ya era suficiente, con lo cual estuvimos toda la noche sudando y escuchando coches, sin poder dormir.

    merita 10 e lode in tutto , disponibilita' e cortesia in tutto , ottimo rapporto prezzo/servizi , appartamento in ottime condizioni , pulizia brillante , posizione ottima a meta' strada tra il centro e la spiaggia il poetto , bus a 5 mt dalla casa.

    Il personale è stato particolarmente amichevole e disponibile qualsiasi chiarimento. La location è assolutamente strategica, a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Per chi è interessato alla Fiera di Cagliari la distanza è ancora minore, basta attraversare la strada. Overall un'ottima esperienza.

    disponibilità e cortesia del sig. sessini che mi ha fatto usare il suo pc e mi ha fatto scegliere tra varie combinazioni di colazione . veramente ok molto pulito.
    non ho trovato niente di negativo , anzi posso solo confermare che mi sono trovato benissimo

    consiglio a tutti questa struttura confortevole ed accogliente... ho apprezzato la grande cordialità e professionalità del personale. La posizione è ottima, di notte non si sente rumore. Le camere e i bagni sono spaziosi e puliti, la colazione di qualità(molto positivo il fatto che non ci siano limiti di orario), il rapporto qualità prezzo molto soddisfacente. Voto 10.     andrea was very helpful. let us use his computer. we had a car so location wasnt a issue. but if you dont have one it was not walkable to the city center.

    Completely free, The breakfast is made by yourself with some machine. It means that you don't have any obligation according the time. You rent a room. For me it was good.
    They change my room, and the latest day , they move me to another placedue to overbooking. He is not organise for that. I think he is booking via different way.
